  No it wouldn’t. It would be another waste of money. Building a fence is the utlimate line of BS when the cartels/trafficers are tunneling under the ground. Anyone who says differently doesn‘t know what they’re talking about. Actually enforcing the current immigration laws would be the best deterrent for border security. A wall is nothing more than political kool aid to make you think they’re doing something about it.
