‘Fascists Go Home!’: Tea Partier Injured in Assault by ‘Teamster’ at Sacramento Protest
February 27, 2011 at 3:49am
PUBLIC SECTOR UNIONS are leaches sucking the blood from our society!!
DIFFICULT PROBLEMS REQUIRE SIMPLE SOLUTIONS!!!
1. States need to sell all the government schools to private corporations.
2. Use the proceeds to pay off their debt and put some money away for a rainy day.
3. Then survey how much money they spend per student in their state.
4. Offer the buyer of said schools a maximum of 75% of the money they are currently spending per student the new school can recruit.
5. Base their payment on test scores taken at the end of each school year. Administered by a proctor and changed each year, so the test can not be taught. Set a standard state test in all basic educational curriculums, math, science, english, history, per grade level.
6. If their new school has an average score of 70% in all four areas the school gets 70% of the original 75% offered.
Good teachers will be paid more because they will earn their pay by virtue of good testing scores.
Good motivation to teach the students well and have good teachers.
This will eliminate teachers unions, the NEA and the DOE in one fail swoop. (REMOVE THE LEACHES)
