  • this is an example of just because you can does not mean you should.

this is nothing but free publicity for s.e. cupp and hustler and you all are soaking it up.

ask yourself this. if no one would have reported on the photo would you have seen it? i would not have. I heard and saw it on the blaze.

  • considering all the drug use in baseball, how is snoop any different? how about all the country stars that sing about alcohol and sex? are they bad as well? is is it you dont like how he says it so its bad?

  • yall are just mad because snoop is way more successful than 90% of you. if you dont like what he does, dont buy his products. im sure he loves the free advertising though

  • peter schiff kicks @$$

  • i dont see any problem here. in fact i find it more inappropriot for police to obtain their test subjects for the centers trying to help people treat addiction. i dont see any problems with the police seeking out volunteers off the street, even from OWS participants. i think its funny that many OWS people support legalization of all drugs, and yet they have a problem with police giving away drugs. i think the real problem they have is that the drugs are coming from the police and the test subjects are teaching police how to detect those under the influence.

BTW for full disclosure i am one of those that supports legalization, with limitations, of some drugs (marijuana, mushrooms, and lsd). I am also a libertarian and registered republican.

  • @ go glenn

there are good and bad points to online schools. i have 2 AS degrees in network administration. 1 of them being from an online school. that degree didnt open many doors for me, mostly because of their new-ness and partly because it was 2009 and many companies were still laying people off. i found the education to be very good and mirrored what i was being taught in the school i recieved my other AS degree (i went to that school to start the bachelor program but many of my credits didnt transfer).

it also is easy to scam. in my sit down classes we cant use notes or books for tests/quizzes. not true on online courses. other aspects were lacking as well. in my networking classes online we used programs like packet tracer to simulate networking equipment where in my sit down classes we used real routers and switches. admittedly when it comes to configuring them they worked the same i preferred working with the real equipment. dont get me wrong its really easy to cheat in the sit down schools as well, as i see people do all the time. To me an education program is only as valuable as the effort you put into it.

  • to me it depends on what the degree is in. i think liberal arts degrees are a complete waste of resources. many of my friends that went to college directly out of high school didnt know what they wanted to do so they worked for liberal arts degrees. many of them ended up having to take clek jobs at places like staples since they didnt learn anything useful.

i started college after high school and promptly dropped out. not because it was difficult, but because i felt it was a waste of my time as i didnt know what i wanted to learn about. i worked and then decided to go back to school to focus on network administration. I am currently working toward a bachelor degree in information and cyber security. my education has led me to learn skills that i have used to start a new career and start working my way up the ladder.

  • “They were anarchists,” he repeated.

    “Yes?”

He paused. “We’re not really set up to cover the extreme Left.”

The SPLC representative went on to explain that the organization also doesn’t cover groups like prison gangs “because they aren’t political.”

When Cooke pressed that Occupy is in fact political, the representative gave a verbal shrug: “Well, take it if you will, or won’t.”

The center, he said, only ever covers left-wing groups when they have a right-wing component, like “when anarchist groups are infiltrated by those on the right; Neo-Nazis, that sort of thing.”

wait- anarchy is the lack of government. that would make it extreme right, not left. Extreme left would by tyranny or absolute government. neo-nazis are not right wing. why is SPLC relevant other that they are a bully for the progressive left?

  • or they stole the cows and wanted to intimidate the sherriff. hence the sherriff calling in backup.

  • if you would have said CIA your conspiricy would at least be plausable.
the article you posted is neither fact or proof. it is an opinion piece with no primary sources, only secondary sources. The only sources it uses are other newspaper articles. In not one of the articles, including the one you posted as well as all the articles it cited, was there one shred of evidence evidence that the FBI instigated the plan. the only thing mentioned was there was an informant.
