  Obviously Holder feels protected and above the congress and the laws of the land. Both he and Obama are working to make congress irrelavent and the judicial branch subservient.

  Unfortunately our senators and reps are letting them get away with it.

  MattMo79 is right … Newt is right.
  Judges must also obey and uphold the law
  They must NOT try to create laws, that is the job of congress
  They must NOT use any law other than the Law of the US and the state of jurisdiction
  If not they are subject to impeachment.
  Impeachment procedures are well defined.

  Right Jenny-Lind.
  Newt saved the Republican Party with his contract with america. right after that good election the Democrats, and I was one at the time, reniged on all their commitments in the bill. Likewise the GOP threw him under the bus ….. so what happened?
  The GOP did not follow the contract and lost big the next election.

  When he says something he sticks to it and tells you why.
  At least you know where he stands and his history and rational have so far been right on.

  Strange how Newt is described as the long term politician but give strong, consistent and clear answers.
  Romney claims he spent his career in business but answers all questions like a poitician. He sidesteps or slant every answer to difficult questions.
  PS do you really think CEO of the Olympics is not a political job?
  They you must also think there is no politics in NASA and the Pentagon.

  The violence and damage is inexcusable BUT

  There is more to this than Joe.
  the president of the university, right up to the board of regents knew and threatened him if he carried it further.
  Since the board of regents knew, that also means the knowledge goes right up to the Governer of Pennsylvania. He has admitted knowledge of the incident.
  ALSO a local DA investegating the original incident report mysteriously disappeared after he was told to stop the investigation in 2002 (about). His whereabouts are still unknown today.
  There is much more here than a dirty case of molestation.

  Right now the break even point for most panels equals the lifetime of the panel.
  Panel also loses efficiency (i.e. output) as it ages.
  Doesn’t pay competitively, you lose money.

  This isn’t going green. This is improving efficiency.
  “going green” is investing in technology does has no chance of competing
  “going green” is using cloth bags that use four times the resources to produce as plastic . Bags that are thrown out before their lifetime or that contaminate the fruit because of dyes and finishes.
  most of the time going green results in more waste.

  This is particularly true from some minorities…. is it growing or simply surfacing?
  Do they really think that by crying for more they will ever really grow into something useful?
