  • Hey surhan
kryptonite beginning at 2:44 pm may 6
kryptonite completely owned your lying butt and mysteriously you have not reponded. You find time to respond with your bindfolded drivel to anyone who seemingly disagrees with you but when someone responds with the FACTS, in your own beloved text you run away like a little girl. What up? Man up!! I would laugh but I was always taught not to belittle the infirm.

I have read with great interest your comments and arguments here with @joe1234 and I have come to the conclusion that even though you MAY be a phd candidate and you MAY possess some informtion superior to others you are nonetheless a narcissist. You can never be wrong. You can never accept anyone else’s information if it even remotely discounts your version of the truth.
At the link is a list of symptoms you may find helpful. These are from the Mayo Clinic a real scientific community.

I hope I’m able to do this without going into a rant. Doubtful but I will try. You see it isn’t really about the institution of marriage per se. It is more about the institution of the family. Your points about straight vs gay in relation to the institution of marriage are indeed valid. Straight men and women betray their marriage daily. However the betrayal is not limited to straight couples. Your points about children are valid as well. My perspective about the “intentional” children without the committed mom and dad is a result of Government interference in the decisions of a man and woman whether or not to be married. The “nanny state” actually rewards the behavior. Married with children=fewer government benefits. By claiming not to know where the father is each additional child means additional benefits. This is intentional in order to destroy the family as we know it. A Progressives dream by the way. The gay marriage issue is another item in the Progressive grab bag to intentionally destroy the institution of Family. It is masqueraded as a “rights issue” but it is not. If the Progressives were really concerned only about rights then civil unions would resolve the issue. All the rights and benefits of a “married” couple but with a civil union they don’t get the recognition or validity they crave for their agenda to move forward. If you notice most of the arguments presented for or against gay marriage don’t talk about the detriment to the family.

    In reply to bfranklin63032.

    Ben,
Unfortunately the “surplus” you refer to is pure fiction.

Other than really painful cuts in spending and yes I’ll say it increases in revenue our debt and deficit will continue to grow.
A common sense approach to taxes and spending similar to what was posted by peter469 at the beginning of this thread is probably the only thing that will make a difference.

  • My seven year old grandchild knows you can‘t spend money you don’t have unless you are willing to bankrupt yourself. Keep borrowing and borrowing. Sooner or later the bills come due. What then?
Oh I know print more money… Geez

  • I keep trying to respond to some idiot on the first page of comments and this place keeps sending my reply to the newest post on the topic. What gives?

  • You know very little about George Soros as evidenced by your comments. “ a rich man that leans a little left” Are you serious? ” a pretty pro-democartic organizatio” Really?
Let me help you with your research.

If you still feel the same way about Soros then you are one of the “useful idiots”.

  • @classical liberal
Most people today would recognize the description of Libertarian as what you describe as classical liberal. Unfortunately your description and understanding of Islam is misguided. The practice of Islam requires subjugation of all in the world to Islam. Read the Quran and the Haddith for understanding of these precepts. They do not have a right to require all outside their faith to be subjugated, pay a fine or die. No other faith on earth has these requirements. When presented with the choice of subjugation or death I will respond with great controlled force.
