  Does no one recognize the Alinsky Troll Jesus (I am sure pronounced Hey Zeus) saved? First pretend to be one of the ‘enemy’ by partially agreeing, then deliver the party line. The same socialist arguments were given by the OWS crowd and progressive politicians who argued that the “Rich” needed to pay their “Fair” share. A person’s success is their own – whether grades or a profitable factory – and they are entitled to the fruits of their labor. Paying for your share of the road that we all drive on does not entitle you to the goods and services of others just because they use the same road. If enough of us purchase movie tickets, the theatre owner can afford to show the film for all of us. Buying a ticket however, doesn’t entitle you to my popcorn.

  The premise flawed – she is making a determination of when it is OK for a human to kill another human but has included the red herring of “Person” in her argument.

  There is no difference in arguing that a human may kill another based on “Personhood” than on the basis of their skin color or their religion. “Person” is the qualifier like race and religion and reflects the prejudice of the human making the determination.

  Dr. Ezekiel Emmanuel, Obama’s Special Advisor for Healthcare, made the same argument in his Complete Lives System that would deny funds to care for sick children 2 and under.

  Hospital rules don’t override civil liberties. People leave Against Medical Advice all the time and the hospital is not responsible for what happens to them when they do. Unless the hospital was given legal custody of the baby, he had every right to leave with his child.

  If the father was identified before he was given the baby, then the nurse had no right to stop him. A patient may leave a hospital at anytime no matter what rules are in place. Institutional rules do not override civil rights and people leave Against Medical Advice all the time. If the nurse touched him, or worse, tried to wrestle the baby from his arms, SHE is guilty of assault – possibly battery depending on the state. Unless his parental rights had been revoked, or he was actively endangering the child (walking outside with a baby does not by itself legally constitute Child Endangerment), the security guard also had no right to interfere.

  It is sad to see Glenn Beck resorting to the same tactics as the left. I cancelled my GBTV subscription because I can’t justify supporting Ron Paul while paying Glenn Beck as he campaigns against him.

  The first Bible printed in the US was commissioned by congress for use in schools and states had official religions as allowed under the Constitution. Federal courts that demand religious items be removed from the public square are violating the first amendment by prohibiting the free exercise of religion.

  Wow – your description of fascism fits the current administration to a tee! This is the definition of fascism per Encarta: dictatorial movement: any movement, ideology, or attitude that favors dictatorial government, centralized control of private enterprise, repression of all opposition, and extreme nationalism. Except for the extreme nationalism, this also fits the administration to a tee. It is true the Soviet Socialists fought the National Socialists in WWII – but I don’t think you can categorize the Brits and Americans, who also fought the National Socialists, as Communists .

  CLASS was part of Obamacare. Income from this was going to be used to pay for other parts of the program – this was a cut that makes the program even less viable. Someone needs to fact check AP.
