  To which religious group is Tax Exemption designed for? None, they all share it equally. Strike 1!

  Conscientious objector status was given during the draft, but during the volunteer military it has only been given to Muslims who are opposed to the possibility of killing Muslims. Strike 2!

  The arbitration rulings are contractual obligations that both participants agree to follow. It is used to keep the courts free of fiddly bits that simply eat resources. As for why it is binding is because of contract law, not because of the religious nature of the court. Strike 3! You’re out!

  This loan specifically targets Muslims and gives concessions for the Muslim Sharia. I’d love to see the answer if non-Muslims attempt to apply for this loan.

  Religious Arbitration? That’s your argument? So, because a small matter can be handled by an arbiter rather than bogged down in legal proceedings, you think it is wrong? Let me guess, if there is a disagreement on a playground, do you think they should go to court because the teacher is not a judge? Those courts are not legal judicial systems. Both people who bring their case to the arbitration court sign a piece of paper that states they will follow the ruling. Otherwise, they do not need to follow the ruling. It is simply two “parishioners” who agree to allow a “pastor” that is trained in law to decide their dispute.

  As for the tax exempt status, which religion does it favor? None, because they all enjoy it equally. So, on point two of your argument, you fail.

  This program specifically caters to Muslims. Not to Christians, Jews, or anyone else. It is designed and implemented by the state for Muslims. So, tell me how that is correct according the the Establishment clause?

  So, a police officer was shot by a criminal who was illegally carrying a firearm? How will more gun control laws stop criminals from illegally carrying firearms? All it will do is stop law-abiding citizens from carrying legal firearms. Criminals will still illegally carry firearms because THEY ARE CRIMINALS!!!

  I, personally, see nothing wrong with the child’s routine. The boy has the moves down pretty well. If it was pre-authorized, then the summary punishment was completely and totally wrong.

  As for the Michael Jackson comments. In America, we believe in innocence until proven guilty. He was never proven guilty in a court of law when judged by his peers.

  1. My Sensei, who is a Zen Master and a 7th degree Aikido black belt, talks the exact same way and he often carpools with me to Tea Party events.
  2. You shouldn’t listen to the propaganda that the Catholic church put out regarding the Inquisition and Purges.
  3. Yes, because they focus on religious freedom and went against the Catholic church.
  4. And you probably vote for Obama, as well. Otherwise, you would respect the free practice of religion rather than the practice of religion that you agree with.

  So, one person complains because they think that Wiccans are all about sex and the police go raiding and arresting. Why am I not surprised in this era. Who cares about the 1st Amendment when someone complains, right?

  So, because his beliefs are different from your own, you are called to demonize him? Did Jesus not say, “Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.” (Mark 12:31). He also said, “He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone…” (John 8:7a).

  I have listened to the message that this man is sending and guess what… It is a good message. Regardless of his personal beliefs, it is a good message.

  Who are you to say that the Mormon church is satanic? Was not the Catholic church (and the modern Christian movement) began by the Romans, those who used to murder Christians just for their beliefs? Did they also not murder Jews and Pagans for their beliefs? The Mormons have killed none while the Catholics have killed many, yet you still claim that the Mormons are evil. I believe you should look to the shadow within yourself before you project it to others, my friend.
