    A: 21 steps. It alludes to the twenty-one gun salute, which is the highest honor given any military or foreign dignitary.

  • First you tell the president that he is in violation of the Wars Powers Act, then you take a vote not to support the mission in Libya and then you DO NOT vote to defund. What kind of message does that send? Uh you are in violation of the Constitution and we do not agree with to be in Libya but we are not going to defund you. So I guess you ARE NOT in violation of the constitution because we are continuing to fund you. What kind of BS is this? What are we doing? GROW a BACK BONE AND TAKE THIS GUY ON. PLEASE!!!!!
