  There is no “shock and awe” here. Does anyone expect more from a dogpile in the lawn than Bill’s pronouncement??? Considering the source, it’s not a big deal. It’s kind of like getting mad at Satan for bashing Jesus.

  While in Asia I was shocked not to see such accidents on every other street corner!! I saw scooters with three people on them cut right in front of our bus with feet to spare and then slam on their brakes with no regard that a bus was on their butt. I feel sorry for the girl who was injured. But, as a former motorcycle rider and current large pickup driver, the bike/motorcycle rider really needs to be extra vigilante if they want to stay alive. It doesn’t do any good to point fingers as to who was at fault if your dead. Riding motorcylces, my rule was to expect people to turn out in front of me, which they did, thus I’m still alive. Things are a bit differnent in Asia I reckon. Here: Drivers, look out for motorcycles/bikes, etc. Motorcycles, triple lookout for cars cause if you don’t, you could be dead.

  Either this dimwit doesn‘t think that he is a socialist or he doesn’t think he should be one. He thinks corruption only applies to capitalists. I have to admit the stupidity made me laugh. He adheres to the most corrupt progressive, socialist mindsets I’ve seen in my life. Where does he think the money comes from to pay for the welfare state? Also, we should extend the unemployment benefits for 45 years!!! We need to have compassion on those that don’t feel like working!

Granted, some of the Repubs are in it for whatever they can gain as well so we have to rid them too.

  The media wants us to believe that only one of the front running Republicans, particularly Romney stands a chance at beating Obama. Now, one must think, does the media want Obama to lose or win? Of course they want Obama to win which means I don’t particularly value their opinion. Vote for who represents your values most closely regardless of whether the “media” thinks they can beat Obama or not. I think Santorum or Bachman or even Paul (bit wacky) are the most conservative. After I cast my primary vote on principal I’ll vote whoever ther nominee is against Obama since I think he has almost permanently destroyed our country with his socialist agenda.

  Some of these comments are silly like trying to define whether the officer was a hero or not, or what if it were a Muslim. It’s nice the officer was given recognition for his kind and selfless act. After all, could something go wrong when trying to lift a heavy bus off of someone?
