  • People need to rely more on government regulations and laws. Not on common sense and personal responsability, we need the government to make sure we are safe. After-hours all, we do want to allow every city, state an county to be able to tax it’s citizens whenever they do anything that could possibly be considered unsafe. Long live the USSA.

  • Nfl, nba, baseball… And welfare, wic, here in Texas, lonestar .

What do they have in common?

If you don’t already know, study late Rome and you will see a shocking coincidence.

    Bread and circuses.

  • actually it seems you don’t understand the difference between pledged delegates and why they will eventually vote for in the final round of voting. See, he is winning delegates, delegates who are pledged to another candidate, so in the first round they can either stay silent and not cast a vote or they can vote for romney, santorum, or whoever they are pledged to, however if there are not enough votes on any one side at the conclusion on the first vote they vote for whomever they choose.

Think about it a little longer and let me know if you are so sure RP isn’t picking up delegates.

  • I see parts of the turbines going down the freeway every week, it makes me mad that our money and future is wasted so easily and sad that nobody seems willing to organize and prevent it from happening in the future RP 2012

  • The present leadership of this country resolves issues by being a bully who won’t take any dissenting view from a prominent figure without using the full force of the law to try to silence it.

  • thats precisely why it would be a good lib response, if it is so far out of left field, and also touchy-feely the left wins because the right just stands there stuttering. Also a stance that would cause anyone who disagrees with it to be personally attacking a large group (race, gender, public sector employees, union workers) is also a home run because generally anyone who gets onto a news station primetime is going to have to let it pass or get heat from above from viewers who are that gender/in that job/etc the effect is usually silence.

Of course if we had a right-winger other than nugent who would get on the tv or radio and not back down because of PC speech limits we would always win the discussion, but we don’t. Even Beck won’t always call a spade a spade.

  • Tamara isn’t very good at this, let me play the leftie advocate:

What are his economic accomplishments in 4 years?

For the first time we have a role model in the white house for every African-American boy and girl to aspire to greatness of course is one of the big ones,

but if you want to talk concrete things that he has done with regards to the economy, he has helped out the poor who have not been able to afford health insurance, he got that through by his courageous stand against the republicans who didnt care enough to pass some legislation that protects those who don’t have enough money to protect themselves, that is a financial burdon that is being lifted off their shoulders even as republicans fight to get the law overturned in the courts.

Not to mention the continued support of the public servants who’s service is so often maligned and forgotten, behind the scenes he worked with union leaders to help insure that those doing their best to help all of us with their work inside the government have had fair wages that these people can raise families with.

I think those are some accomplishments that the right wing media like Fox never seems to mention…

Man I would make a good lib, too bad I have a brain.

  • @soy, stop trolling for Paul, he was right about it, but that is no reason to bring it up.

  • how how many pledged delegates someone has is way different than how many delegates will vote for him in the final convention, I wonder if the blaze editors have a clue how this all works, but keep ignoring Ron paul, just don’t be so surprised if he ends up being the nominee.

  • It is racist to think a black man should be charged with anything more than pointing a weapon in a killing an for a white person anything less than first degree murder, didn’t you get the memo?
