  • Student : Is there anyone here who has ever heard the Professor’s brain, felt it, touched or smelt it? No one appears to have done so. So, according to the established Rules of Empirical, Stable, Demonstrable Protocol, Science says that you have no brain, sir. With all due respect, sir, how do we then trust your lectures, sir?

(The room was silent. The Professor stared at the student, his face unfathomable.)

Professor: I guess you’ll have to take them on faith, son.

Student : That is it sir … Exactly ! The link between man & GOD is FAITH. That is all that keeps things alive and moving.

  • S: Sir, you are working on the premise of duality. You argue there is life and then there is death, a good GOD and a bad GOD. You are viewing the concept of GOD as something finite, something we can measure. Sir, Science can’t even explain a thought. It uses electricity and magnetism, but has never seen, much less fully understood either one. To view death as the opposite of life is to be ignorant of the fact that death cannot exist as a substantive thing.
Death is not the opposite of life: just the absence of it. Now tell me, Professor, do you teach your students that they evolved from a monkey?
P: If you are referring to the natural evolutionary process, yes, of course, I do.
S: Have you ever observed evolution with your own eyes, sir?
(The Professor shook his head with a smile, beginning to realize where the argument was going.)
Student : Since no one has ever observed the process of evolution at work and cannot even prove that this process is an on-going endeavor. Are you not teaching your opinion, sir? Are you not a scientist but a preacher?
    (The class was in uproar.)
S: Is there anyone in the class who has ever seen the Professor’s brain?
(The class broke out into laughter. )

  • P: Yes, faith. And that is the problem Science has.
S: Professor, is there such a thing as heat?
    P: Yes.
S: And is there such a thing as cold?
    P: Yes.
    S: No, sir. There isn’t.
(The lecture theater became very quiet with this turn of events.)
Student : Sir, you can have lots of heat, even more heat, superheat, mega heat, white heat, a little heat or no heat. But we don’t have anything called cold. We can hit 458 degrees below zero which is no heat, but we can’t go any further after that. There is no such thing as cold. Cold is only a word we use to describe the absence of heat. We cannot measure cold. Heat is energy. Cold is not the opposite of heat, sir, just the absence of it.
(There was pin-drop silence in the lecture theater.)
S: What about darkness, Professor? Is there such a thing as darkness?
P: Yes. What is night if there isn’t darkness?
S: You’re wrong again, sir. Darkness is the absence of something. You can have low light, normal light, bright light, flashing light. But if you have no light constantly, you have nothing and its called darkness, isn’t it? In reality, darkness isn’t. If it is, well you would be able to make darkness darker, wouldn’t you?
P: So what is the point you are making, young man?
S: Sir, my point is your philosophical premise is flawed.
P: Flawed ? Can you explain how?

  • Professor : You are a Christian, aren’t you, son?
    Student : Yes, sir.
P: So, you believe in GOD?
    S: Absolutely, sir.
    P: Is GOD good?
    S: Sure.
    P: Is GOD all powerful?
    S: Yes.
P: My brother died of cancer even though he prayed to GOD to heal him. Most of us would attempt to help others who are ill. But GOD didn’t. How is this GOD good then? Hmm?
    (Student was silent.)
P: You can’t answer, can you ? Let’s start again, young fella. Is GOD good?
    S: Yes.
    P: Is satan good?
    S: No.
P: Where does satan come from?
    S: From … GOD …
P: That’s right. Tell me son, is there evil in this world?
    S: Yes.
P: Evil is everywhere, isn’t it? And GOD did make everything. Correct?
    S: Yes.
    P: So who created evil?
    (Student did not answer.)
P: Is there sickness? Immorality? Hatred? Ugliness? All these terrible things exist in the world, don’t they?
    S: Yes, sir.
    P: So, who created them?
    (Student had no answer.)
P: Science says you have 5 Senses you use to identify and observe the world around you. Tell me, son, have you ever seen GOD?
    S: No, sir.
P: Tell us if you have ever heard your GOD?
    S: No , sir.
P: Have you ever felt your GOD, tasted your GOD, smelt your GOD? Have you ever had any sensory perception of GOD for that matter?
    S: No, sir. I’m afraid I haven’t.
P: Yet you still believe in Him?
    S: Yes.
P: According to Empirical, Testable, Demonstrable Protocol, Science says your GOD doesn’t exist. What do you say to that, son?
    S: Nothing. I onl

  • Another great author to check out is William W. Johnstone. His books are a little bit older but his views of the left are right on. I recommend his Ashes series.

  • I definately believe some good Old Testament justice is in store for this kid. You know “eye for an eye and tooth for a tooth”. If that had been my four year old, I’d be in jail right now for “attempted” murder…

  • As someone who is from the area, still not sure why it matters what their race was. The crime was committed by criminals and thats all that’s relavent. I‘m as conservative as they come but that doesn’t make me a racist. This is not the KKK’s website so please keep all ignorant comments between yourself and your friends in your closet rascist meetings. Thanks.

Jesus tells the story of the rich man and Lazarus. Luke 16:19-31 (King James Version)

19There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day:

20And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores,

21And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man’s table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores.

    22And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham’s bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried;

23And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.

24And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.

25But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented.

26And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.

27Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father’s house:

28For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment.

29Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.

30And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent.

31And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.

If you would like I could post the Greek translation and whereas there are going to be some words that don’t translate the same, you’ll still see the point. The NT was never original transposed in Hebrew, it was Greek. So the exchange between the word grave and hell have no bearing at all on this conversation. Jesus speaks point blank that the rich man was not in the “grave” which would be Sheol, a place absent from GOD, He stated that the rich man was in Hades (Hell) which was a place of basanos, or torture and pain. That’s how it was written not translated. The simple fact of the matter is that Hell is a real place and place very much to be feared but that should not be the reason to accept Christ. Christ is love but just like having your own children, if they don’t listen you punish them. I know the punishment might seem extreme to us but were not God. God witnesses the evil that we as humans commit every day and is disgusted by our actions. I’m as guilty as anyone but I believe in God and all that He does everyday for mankind. Who can question the I AM THE I AM….

  • Does Palin’s Israel Visit Signal 2012 Run?

I love the negativity that spews from liberals’ mouths. You all claim to be “progressive” but are always the most narrow minded, ignorant people. We’ve wandered too far from the Constitution with all these open interpretation policies and BS. The fact is that America is not government, it’s not laws, and it sure as heck ain’t politicians, it is and always will be the people. The American people will only continue to stand by and watch our country degrade into socialistic marxism for so long. Obama and his ilk’s pathetic agenda is only now starting to weigh on the general public and as it worsens, you‘ll see patriotism start to rear it’s head once again. All the people who support the left and their America hating policies just need to understand and realize that no matter what happens in the White House, the Senate, the House, or our economy the true red blooded American people will always be here to rebuild our nation from the ashes of destruction caused by their socialist ideologies…

I personally have nothing against Sarah Palin and I do support a lot of her political ideologies, but if she decides to run we all will be looking at another Obama term which will be detrimental to America if not the metaphorical final straw. Unfortunately, all she will do is split the conservative vote b/c she is not “liked” enough. Her tea party ties will turn off the majority of conservative moderates and independents alike. I only pray that she is wise enough to realize this….
