  it appears at this point, with the available information, that the shooter should have been charged with murder. i am a 62 yr. old white man with a ccw permit, living in georgia. it appears to me that zimmerman has a problem with blacks and no idea how to confront a suspicious person in the neighborhood. the article says he is the “self appointed” neighborhood watch captian. sounds like he took it upon himself to patrol the area. it also sounds like he is one of those who carry a gun, and really wants to have an excuse to use it. he is a complete idiot. charge him with murder and lock him up for life……………………………….
