  • Yeah, I’ve noticed those convenient wipes. Yet I’ve been shopping at different stores for nearly 50 years now and until just this year never even thought about washing my hands before grabbing a cart.

Just how silly have we become? Maybe we should simply don disposable gloves prior to leaving the house while putting a mask over our mouths and noses for good measure. We’ve morphed into a nation of pansies. Of course I’m still laughing about the Charles E. Fromage problems – a dad and son pooping in the ball pool – unbelievable!! What I mean is I don’t believe it happened.

  • I can’t help but think @Individualism is just a shill for Barack Obama. Ron Paul may be smart and he might be a nice guy – but he is not presidential material. If he were, he’d be the presumptive Republican candidate; not Mitt Romney.

Those who want to defeat Obama in November had better get behind Romney in a big way – our nation’s survival depends on it.

  • Of course he “now” supports homosexual marriage – he just “started” his re-election campaign!! But it took Joe Biden to push him over – how pathetic is that?!?

These political races have become nothing more than American Idol run amok. We’re in very big trouble if Obama wins in November. Big trouble indeed!

  • Considering that this picture is 2D, it might be difficult to determine if those flags are at the front edge of the platform (in front of the lecturn). If this is the case, then the flags are correctly displayed. It’s only if the flags are actually behind the lecturn (and behind the person speaking) should the American flag be place on the right (of the speaker).

My opinion is that the picture has it wrong. Because in a picture like this it would have made better sense to place the flags on the floor thereby removing any question as to the appropriateness as to how they’re being displayed.

Nevertheless, it is embarrassing that no one on the president’s staff have been able to catch these gaffes. It proves that our educational system is pathetic. I learned this first when I was a Boy Scout, then again when I became a class officer in high school, and once more during my time in the United States Air Force. Afterwards I made sure that my own children learned these things as while many liberals/progressives believe them unimportant, I vehemently disagree. These are VERY important.

  • Regardless of whatever entertainment value this guy might have had to offer, at the moment he started claiming that the police were sending rapists and other reprobates to these gatherings I would have ushered him off the set and onto the street. People like this have no values and therefore are valueless as human commodities. I only smirked during the video because of the ridiculous nature of his claims.

  • My biggest issue with the homosexual community is that rather than just accept tolerance from Christians, you expect us to be accepting of the lifestyle of homosexuality. I know quite a few homosexuals and actually love a few of those that I’ve known nearly all my life. They’re good and wonderful people who have helped me to become the man I am today. And while I have never forced my heterosexuality upon them, they likewise have never tried to force what they do upon me. But sadly I find that they are in the minority.

Just look at what this Savage guy did during this conference. Most of his language was not only unacceptable, it was unnecessary. He KNEW that he was going to force these young Christians to leave the auditorium – and he used that opportunity to mock them and other wise BULLY them to do what they did – stand and leave. And what did the rest of these children do as a result? They applauded and cheered! Just like bullies do on the playgrounds; on the Internet and in other similar situations across the country.

And we’re actually expected to believe he’s against bullying? Or should we not make a judgment call based upon what we just witnessed?

  • @NICKYLOUSE – It’s called the “fast” lane for a reason. But more accurately it should be called the passing lane. In some states (and most countries) one can receive a citation if they are not actually passing someone in the far left lane. Of course this applies to non-urban areas where all lanes are free-access. Out between cities where there are only two lanes on the Interstate driving in the left lane while not passing someone is not only rude, it’s unsafe. That‘s why you’ll never see any experienced OTR truckers spending much time in the left lane – they know how to drive defensively and with courtesy.

  • Let’s visit the question of Mrs. Obama’s difficult life as First Lady and mother of two half-grown children, shall we? The latter is now being questioned as some Democrat shill insists that Ann Romney never worked a day in her life.

Since taking occupancy of the White House in 2009, just what “housewife duties” are placed upon Michelle Obama’s narrow shoulders? Who makes the beds; prepares the meals; does the shopping; washes the clothes; does the cleaning; takes the children to school and picks them up? If anyone actually believes Mrs. Obama lifts her well-polished fingers to perform even one of these menial tasks, then there’s a bridge somewhere in the desert (or wherever) for sale at a steal!

So what is it that Mrs. Obama does that would require her to need all of her own jet-setting getaways with hundreds (if not thousands) of staffers in tow?

    Inquiring minds want to know!

  • Now while this is somewhat off topic (but somewhat germane) it is reported that the First Couple reported nearly $800,000 in income for 2011. If memory serves me well at all, I believe our president’s salary is at around $400,000. Question: where did the other nearly $400,000 originate? Royalties from book sales I suppose, but that is a lot of money even if Obama doesn‘t think he’s “rich.” After accounting for 22% in donations, the Obama’s were in the 20% tax range.

Not bad, huh? I wonder if he’s going to cut a check to the U.S. Treasury as his Labor Secretary proffered that the rich should be required to pay much more than that. No, I submit that he‘ll hang on to that money as I’m hopeful he’ll be in need of it come next January.

  • Question: How many times has President Obama visited the military men and women “vacationing” in Afghanistan and Iraq? Might I remind him (and the rest of the country) that we are still at war in the former? Yet I hear very little from the mouth of Obama when he‘s out and about at Ben and Jerry’s, on the golf course or wherever he needs to go in order to escape the hard work of being president.

He’s got how many people actually working for him? Just what “work” does he do? Czars, a Cabinet, a Senate and literally thousands of other American worker bees doing the heavy lifting. Oh, that’s right, he sits in the Oval Office just “thinking” of ways to bring us (or shall I say keep us) to our knees in servitude.

Sorry, Mr. President – I don’t buy it for a second.
