  • I’m not sure that the “this will be the only game in town” guy is aware…. but a lot of people in Ohio are fans of this little fad called “college football.” Something about it being the Buckeye state rings a bell. Then you have Ohio U, and Miami of Ohio. So no, not quite the only game in town.

  • My cousin is on the USS Reagan. We’re all praying for him, his shipmates and fellow sailros. Prayers sent his way are much appreciated!

  • I’m not sure what this individual stands for outside of stopping an intolerant act, but I commend him for stopping the burning of the book. It is really shameful that a day of remembrance is turning into a day of political and religious statements. I cried yesterday for the first time on a September 11th since the 2001 attacks. I was overwhelmed with God’s blessings, family, luck, the tragedy itself, and the state our country is in today: politically, religiously, economically, etc. All of these divisive issues should not come to a head on the anniversaries of 9/11, but should subside. So I say good for you, Mr. Isom, for stopping the burning of that book.

$5/gallon gas sucks whether you repub/em/socialist/conservative…whatever. Bush sucked. Period. I don‘t know if you’re going for anti-Bush, anti-republican, anti-conservative, or just plain anti mr. ******, but i can tell you that going from 5 to 10 trillion dollar debt over 8 years is terrible. I repeat, Bush sucked. That being said, Obama’s 10 to 13.5 trillion dollars of debit in less than 2 years puts us on pace for nearly 14 trillion dollars added to the debt if he is to have 2 full terms at president. That is not a defense of Bush, as I said, Bush sucked. So if Bush sucked by, among other things, adding 5 trillion to the debt, then what is Obama? Super suck? No, probably super duper suck (which is my very own scientific/economic term for adding 12-14 trillion to the debt.)
