The patient could even be given his surgerized vas deferens (what the doc removes to create sterilization) as a reward! How many men can show off his vas deferens as a souvenir?   With 30 kids, there’s no way one father could support his children especially with the low-wages this guys is probably going to get. He should’ve been stopped a long time ago. Surely someone knew what he was up to.

  1956: Women, in general, were sold a “bill of goods” and some bought into it…..as it turns out, apparently lots of ‘em. Started with the advent of the birth control pill, which these “ladies” apparently had no intention of implementing. Truly suckered. And, now society has to live with it. Tragic. As my dearly-departed English mother often jokingly said: “Tis a wise child that knows his own father”. I never understood what that meant until fairly recently. Signed, 1958.
