  • By your name I’m guessing you might be a George Lucas fan. Did you know that at one time “Rosebud” hung behind his desk at Skywalker Ranch? It may still be there.

  • I first it as a teen and, like you, didn’t get it. Watch again in your thirties and it will resonate. It is a landmark film because it was the first of its kind. It is told in a nonlinear fashion at a time when movies moved from beginning to end in a straight line. This was the first to jump around in time as a narrative device and audiences at the time hated it. It’s commonplace now. Many films considered classics now were flops in their day. “The Wizard of Oz” & “It’s a Wonderful Life” both flopped and only gained favor after being shown on TV.

  • And why vendors who showed kindness to Occupiers by providing them with complimentary refreshments would now receive death threats, remains unclear.

Really? How so? These “people” are animals. Every time I see them I’m reminded of “The Planet of the Apes”.

  • @Righteous

Good thing it‘s brains that control a volitional activity such as blowing one’s nose then wiping after. Read up on your physiology, genius.

  • Looked at your site. I had to stop when I got to where you suggest that Palin’s pin is a Cuban flag. Please do a little research. That is a pin signifying that she has a son/daughter overseas in the military fighting in the War on Terror. If she had two stars that would mean two children. It goes back at least to WWII. If the star was gold it would mean her child was killed in the war thus the term “Gold Star Mom”. You see a lot of these in towns with military bases. It has NOTHING to do with Cuba.

  • Michael Moore Jokes Jesus Was Gay

Well, I‘m not going to say he’s gay, but Michael Moore has probably smoked more poles than Auschwitz.

  • @ Lesbian With Hollow Points

We’re not all trolls here. I served with several closeted lesbians during my three tours to Iraq. They were some of the best soldiers I had. I’m proud of how eloquently you stand up for yourself. It‘s too bad you probably don’t live near me. I’d love to see you out on the range.

  • Absolutely right!!! When I lived in Hawaii, they instituted a price ceiling on gasoline. All the locals were so happy and thought the price of gas would go down. I kept telling them before it passed they should not vote for it because all the gas stations would immediately raise the price to the cap. They called me crazy. Sure enough, as soon as it went into effect gas prices went up to exactly what the cap was. Any government mandated “price cap” is merely the government mandated price. It kills any kind of benefit of free market competition.

  • Boston Set to Restrict Knife Sales

A few years back, someone as a joke wrote a paper and tried to ban dihydrogen oxide because of how dangerous it is and a city council somewhere almost voted to do it until it was finally pointed out that is “H2O”.

Careful with the potato gun. I wanted to make one a few years back but a friend stopped me and pointed out it’s considered a “destructive device” by the BATFE and has the same penalty as a sawed off shotgun if caught with it.
