    But the natural man receives not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
    A natural man is any person who has not made Jesus Christ their Lord and Savior. Either you have made Jesus your Lord and Savior and have had the door opened to understanding the things of God or you have not made Him your Lord and Savior and therefore CANNOT KNOW THEM (spiritual things)! God has opened the door for every person to make the transition from “natural man” to “spiritual man”, however, it is a personal choice. Those who have made that transition are praying that those who have not; come to the knowledge of God because we know the result of spiritual ignorance and do not wish that result on any person.
    In the meantime, the natural man says stupid things about spiritual people because they cannot understand them. Spiritual people frustrate many natural people because the spiritual person’s actions often seem to be foolishness to the natural man. Anything you cannot understand can be frustrating. Frustration can lead to stupid, uninformed and damming comments. Those comments may make sense to other “natural” people, but to the “saved” it is obvious the frustrated person is as lost as a goose in a hail storm and is headed full steam toward an end they do not want.
