  Last week when FLOTUS and the children were visiting Gettysburg, Pa they ate at a pizza place but I’m sure they had salads and blueberry/pomegranate juice for their meal. Yes, we are a nation with an obesity problem but advocating children take drugs to reduce their weight is not the answer & should never be the advice given by the Flotus as a solution. Eating healthy foods and getting exercise are the winning combination plus burning more calories then you eat. Mainitaining a good BMI is a life long challenge from one who knows!

  Several years ago in Indiana there was a count of butterflies by volunteers organized thru Purdue University most likely funded by our tax dollars. Like MaryLou most of them are @ my neighborhood so they must like the smell of chocolate in the air.

  Excellent post. As is being said repeatedly by many ” it may be their right to build 525 feet from ground xero but it’s not the RIGHTt thing to do.” Similar to pouring salt on an open wound for all effected by this terroist act on NY.

  Ed Shultz is 56 years old so guess that makes him a young whipper snapper compared to the patriots who attended the Restore Honor Event on 8-28. We had bus loads of ppl attending from Central Pa of all ages not just Senior Citizens who paid for all of the expenses out of their own pockets with the exception of four ppl. Their costs were donated by a generous person from California who could not attend but provided the means $$ so that someone else could attend. ( this donation was not by special interest group or org but a private party).

  Yeh. pretty pathetic when you have to diss Canadian Geese flying overhead for laughs.
