  Detroit, you might want to read the Constitution before you try again. Rob Bishop is a member of the HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. The House does not represent the States. They represent the people, and more specifically, they represent ONLY the people in their district, and not anyone else.

  The SENATE, represents the States, but more specifically, they each represent ONLY their own state, and not any other state.

  No one is elected to federal office to represent anything they way you suggested.

  Your motorcycle can fall on its side and you can pick it back up. If your van did the same thing, you could not pick it back up. A matter of simple physics shows that your analogy is misplaced. Honest, but misplaced.

  The mass of the van multiplied by the speed of the van would take an enormous blow to lift the van like that. It did not come from the manhole. This is a setup. Standard hollywood style effects.

  Just take a look at any old tv show or movie. You will see the same type of effect.

  None of you know what the law is. The law HAS NEVER stated in any way that you actually have to be past the cash registers with the concealed item to have it be shoplifting.

  THE ONLY QUALIFIER for it to be shoplifting is that you conceal the item on your person while on the premises, or attempt to leave the store without paying for it. EITHER OR.

  The man put it in his waistband, under his shirt. That is concealment of an item he did not pay for. Sorry guys, that is shoplifting. And he brought his youngin’ along for that? I don’t buy a word this guy says, because he is insane.

  You term professional to mean acting civilly, when actually, in this sense, professional means the level of talent, and performing tasks for financial return.

  You post here as an amateur, because you don’t get paid for it. If you did, like when you work for media matters, you do is professionally.

  So yes, professional sports has come a long way, in that they get paid a lot more money then they used to.

  If they did that, then they could not offer more servers to help you. Don’t bother understanding the economics of having servers stand around waiting for you to show up. Of course, if you EVER ran a business, you would get it.
