  The neighboring (LA) city of Long Beach California already does this! $.10 for every bag! It is simply another TAX. I am a frequent guest in Long Beach as my boat is docked there. I do not live there so I have no place to keep any stupid “reusable” bags! I have stopped shopping in Long Beach due to this retarded policy. When I have griped at the check-out they look at me like I’m the crazy one! They don’t see any problem with the policy because they have all been bamboozled into thinking that social engineering is OK! Since when does a paper bag cost $.10 to manufacture?! Even IF I wanted to buy one I’d never pay 10 cents for it!
