  • I grew up in the Presbyterian church but it left me. Any group associated with the World Council of Churches is a communist front, not truly a Christian church (though they like to play “dress up” as ministers of faith). The seminaries appear to be dens of communism–which is incompatible with faith in Christ. Morality is un-“PC” so the PCUSA has thrown it out in favor of amorality. Church “leaders” are not Christian leaders but, instead, dutiful, anti-sancti deceivers. It’s perverse. That allows them to coddle the murderous and sell out the murdered. I think that they quietly love the idea of a huge bloody death spiral for Jews and moslems. They certainly are not on the side of Good or God.

  • Dr. J was TRAVELING.
    Michael Jordan’s was all Jordan.

  • “$232.5 million for a project expected to create 65 jobs and support 38 others”? 100 jobs for 232 Million dollars? That company can’t be viable if the government is providing jobs at over a quarter million per head. That’s 232 million–from our childrens’ future to the politically-connected. …and “Bernbart” looks to blame …Republicans. Welcome to the third-world way of government. Decay.

  • Free mumia, right? Free all the dogs! Imprison anybody who’d protect themselves with a firearm! Law and order, self-respect, are so old-fashioned.

Mumia became a star for those who hate good and love evil so these punks are beloved to them.

The police can‘t prevent this kind of violence so it’s up to the disarmed citizens?

    Sickening.

  • Casting Crowns’ version, with half of Longfellow’s words cut out, keeps only a fraction of the soul. What’s left is a loud pop tune. To really “get it” I’d like to hear a soloist with the original melody by John Calkin. Sure, the CC version is peppy and pretty but it misses so-o-o much. (…as with most anti-contemplative “spiritual” variations on Kumbaya filling hymnals these days. I do hope that it won’t take hundreds of years for Christianity to recover from the pop/chant stuff and get back to adult, thoughtful, and inspiring music.)

  • The police need training if they are to attend High School events so that they don’t grab kids and shove them in a cruiser while they go through their Barney Fife routine. At least they figured out there was no crime.
Unfortunately the principal, Karen C. Spillman, has had lots of training, with a “PhD” in Education (which, if you read Virginia Tech’s curriculum for the PhD program looks more like a certificate program than a real philosophical adventure deserving of “Doctor”). She isn’t as smart as the police. She had time to reflect but apparently not enough upstairs to accomplish the task. Now she is depriving a child of education, putting a black mark on his record, and taking away from his future–for a funny prank that did not hurt anybody. Of course, the Stafford school system will side with their own (standing up for the unwise adult, the phoney-baloney degree, and the union, over the playful child and, ultimately, the education of students).

  • Mr. Hawking has to tell me where all the missing anti-matter is before I “believe” him. (That’s for starters. If he has all the answers on gravity that would be nice too, before I take my leap to his “faith.”)

  • Bye, Newt. I used to adore you. You took the House from the democrats. You were a believer in the Constitution. You have become another whore, like Tom Davis, John McCain, etc. Your immorality has caught up with you. It’s sad, because writhing and withering under the weight of your poisoned soul is brilliance.

  • Kathleen, I believe that *was* training. The other kids knew this was going on and certainly so did the school staff. The cowardice of the staff is what lead to this situation. They’re supposed to maintain a schooling environment instead of a jungle environment but they failed. Their response to having been shown failing is to go after the hero of the story because they are threatened by heroes–or anyone else who upsets their dominion (“THEIR” school).

  • This is getting the “ends justifies the means” treatment and it is a tough question because the “mainstream” media destroys conservatives through innuendo and other constant propagadist tactics. If you don‘t like O’Keefe‘s tactics then you’d have hated the French Resistance during WW II. You might label an attempt on Hitler’s life, “blatantly illegal.” Don’t convict James without a trial. They‘re out to get him and he’s still fighting!
