  I’d still prefer Mr. West as the Prez, but VP would be a nice step up and forward. He might be too strong a VP for any of these possible presidents. But that is ok for me. He has “The Future” written all over him. I love honor, integrity, courage, patriotism, knowledge, and a servants heart.

  The “Grand Ole Party” has put a lid on Rep Allen West, put him ‘off-limits.’ Does that tell you anything? Here is a PATRIOT well worth considering at the convention. Not every recipe has to be seasoned, and not every new representative has to sit back and learn from the old established pros for 8-10 years or more. They‘re like to ’shape him up’ first. Well, I happen to like him the way he is. ALLEN WEST 2012 !

  And this is the problem. RACISM. Jackson doesn’t care anything about Obama but his color. In fact, Jackson probably doesn’t even KNOW anything about Obama but his color. Voted for him BECAUSE Obama is black. Wow! Does that make a statement or not? And that is why the majority of blacks voted for him. The heck with freedom. The heck with the constitution. The heck with right and wrong. And who cares if the president knows anything at all about America and it’s traditions and customs. So long as the president is black, that’s all that counts, even if he does run us all into the ground and destroys the finest country the world has ever known. Does Jackson realize there are many countries he could move to that already have all this? Is there anyone who doesn’t understand that we are in trouble?

  Well, now. More politically correct B.S. When even the military is caving in I think we are pretty much lost. They have all learned how to cater to Islam. We may be a nation with freedom of religion, but despite what Obama says we are a Christian nation and should always act as such and reflect it. Mohammed had nothing to do with the founding of our nation. While free to practice Islam here they need to remember that Sharia law is not acceptable and we observe Christian principles and traditions.

  You’re going off track Sweetheart along with a lot of other Republicans. Is it a schism between real conservatism and the establishment? Is the Old GOP trying to take the party back? If so, they are doomed. The backbone will depart and nothing will remain.

  Tell me, why is it that people like Sheila Jackson, Maxine Waters, Jessee Jackson, and Al Sharpton, among the many, are always turning over rocks, always construing things to suit their own purposes? They serve the under-educated, the poor, the dis-advantaged and minorities in no positive way. These leaders are like those Arabs in the middle east who keep their own displaced kinsmen in camps and agitated so that they keep throwing rocks, volunteering to be human bombs and complaining about the Israeli Occupiers.
  These liberal socialists care about no one but themselves, and will say or do whatever it takes to get in the news, keep their people angry and perpetuate misery and unhappiness. In fact, they are ignorant marxists.

  Thank God that most of the commenters here are not running for office. The emotional, the radical, the unforgiving and the “My Way or the Highway” attitudes I see here pretty much explain how we got into the mess we’re in. Give me a person who thinks, reasons and understands that perfection is not possible.
  Too bad Allen West could not be convinced to run.
