  I am studying art history right now, (ironic). I find it extremely important that Obama is interpreted by an artist with integrity, (I believe this would make McNoughton a realist). Hopefully we will not go through a period of destruction, like in the dark ages when God was being erased from everything and so many fine and telling works were destroyed. Art does matter and this painting is of historic proportions. It is a successful painting…it has the masses stirring.

  Conservative momma here, read all the books in a few days. Loved them. Read a lot of books and these are by far the best I’ve read from a current author. Don’t be judgmental of them…they depict our future very well. We need to get our heads out of our asses.

  @ Moderation…I believe Christians and Jews and Islamist all pray to the same God. That is the God of Abraham. The difference would be that Islamist believe Mohammad was divine prophet and it is through his word that they will find redemption. Christians believe Jesus was their savior. Jews are still waiting. Islamist have a problem and are seperated from Christians and Jews in that Mohammad instructed them to go against the “Ten Commandments” and kill non-believers of Islam. God would not use a man to sit in judgement of his finest creation, “Mankind”. God would also not ask man to kill his finest creation. God is perfectly capable of handling that himself.

  I also don’t believe Texan is hedging his/her bets? Sometimes it just easier to pick your fights…some aren’t worth picking. Texan believes with all his/her being that God is real and that Jesus is her savior. Those of us who believe fight a constant battle with those that don’t believe. God is mystery to everyone, choosing to find him is personal and extremely rewarding. I found God in Sept of 09, after I turned 40. It is absolutely amazing what you find when you look. I was so wrong for so long. It‘s a real shame that so many people can’t step outside the box because it isn’t cool and discover what lies ahead. You have no idea what you will miss if you don’t create your own heaven.

  There was a time when I may have defended your right to be a constant thorn in the sides of people who want nothing to do with you. But in my old age I’ve gotten bitter. I was a Catholic who disagreed with many of the churches doctrines and I left God entirely for about 20 years. And then the election campaign of 08 started and my inner beast began to stir. About a year after Obama won I had an epiphany…God is real, because Satan is real and they don’t exist without each other. You still have time dude. REPENT before it is too late. roflmao…

  I have a question…If our founding fathers wanted God removed from our lives as in “Separation of Church and State”, why did they not just simply do that? Maybe…just maybe they didn’t want him removed.

  How freaking hard could it have been to just remove him back then? This country was still fairly small and managable.

  Who told them to put him in our buildings and on our money in the first place? I mean really…if they would have known that we were gonna struggle with what they meant they might have been clearer for us. Don’t you think?

  You fools who cry out in vain that we aren‘t capable of creating a moral society under God’s guidance are foolish. The utopian society that you liberals seek is a Christian mans reality…it is heaven. Until you ask with an open heart and step outside the box you live in, you will never understand how easy it is to just be a good and moral person.

  May God have mercy on your soul…but now that you‘ve been forworned it’s all up to you. Somewhere I read in my favorite book something to the effect of…it‘s my job to tell you God is real and you better wake up but it’s not my job to make you listen. It’s all on you now my brother and sister.

  All I can say is that I’m lucky (maybe even chosen) to be an American. I have the will and the backbone to do whatever is necessary to guarantee that this great nation, designed with the guidance of God will always be. Some don‘t see what’s coming and that’s okay. We‘ve known for a while that there will be some who never believe and that’s okay, it’s all part of the plan. Make sure that you know which plan you believe in, God‘s or George’s. Be strong and never stop believing that the good guys will win. Remember the movie “Braveheart” and remember the word that created it, ‘FREEDOM”. No one will ever take away my right to choose my destiny. I was born free and I will die free.

  Dude, tea partiers are tired of paying for abortions that we choose not to have. It’s that damn simple. We don’t wish to change Roe vs. Wade, we just don’t want to pay for the privelages that come with it. Get it through your head. We have to make financial cuts and this is gonna go.

  I am a tea partier who happens to be pro-choice, but personally pro-life. God gave us the ability to choose as individuals. We can side on the good side, or the bad side all because of choice. I do not believe I have the right to force my opinion on someone, I can however share it. I DO NOT BELIEVE TAXPAYERS SHOULD FUND THIS. I believe that clinics and doctors who perform these services should be on their own. We don’t fund cosmetic surgery for ugly people and there are a lot of them. We don’t fund back surgery for spineless politicians and there are lot of them. Why do we fund the killing of babies, when there are so many of us against it. Because we are being taxed without representation. I don’t care if people choose to damn themselves to hell, but I don’t like being forced to pay for it, it’s against my belief in God and his grace.

  The founders of our country were absolutely brilliant. If you have done your history and looked into the founding of our country you know that our constitution was probably based from that of the FreeMasons. They being the descendants of the Knights Templar. Our country was built with the greatest secrets of the time. And I believe that it is very possible, that America, may be the holy grail. If we don’t show God that his plan was in fact good enough, then he may decide to start over.

  The fact that elections happen every 4 years was not due to some random inclination. In the bible the number 4 represents universal truth. It gives us time to realize the truth of the man seated at the head of a table. We are the only nation to be created under God with his wisdom and truths to guide us. We can reclaim the nation he built from the grasp of evil, but we must do it through the laws of the land with our votes.
