  GTLOGIC – I want you to read this and explain it to me. This is from the BAIL hearing for zimmerman. His Attorney questioned the LEAD INVESTIGATOR on the case on a few things.

  “Investigator Dale Gilbreath testified that he does not know whether Martin or Zimmerman threw the first punch and that there is no evidence to disprove Zimmerman’s contention he was walking back to his vehicle when confronted by Martin. The affidavit says “Zimmerman confronted Martin and a struggle ensued.”

  So Gilbreath’s Affitdavit states Zimmerman confronted Martin and a struggle ensued. Yet Gilbreath was asked if he had any evidence to support that claim and he did not. Zimmermans report of the incident was that TM confronted him as he was walking back to his car. Gilbreath was asked if he had any evidence to disprove his statement and he did not.

  There are some facts. An Affitdavit is to include all FACTS about an incident and leave out NONE. IMPARTIAL and TOTAL.

  @ GTLOGIC – Whos not going by the facts of the case? If you look at the facts of the case then you would come to understanding that there will be an aquittle.

  GT you make the case that Travon Martin (TM) was defending himself against a stalker. So the case for self defense for TM is what? Did Zimmerman chase him down and attack him? I think you need to state the facts as you know them to support your claims. Just by the fact that you believe he will be aquitted makes me think your straight emoitionally driven in this case and refuse to look objectivly at facts.

  Your charge, “that the only thing that is important to you people is Zimmerman’s repuation rather than ANOTHER PERSON IS DEAD!!!”

  This is not the case with the vast majority here. People here are tired of libs looking at this case emotionally rather than with just the facts. Fact of the matter is that its the justice system and the American people ability to abide by it that is one of the things that makes this country great. Trial in the media is not the American justice system.

  We are not worried about Zimmermans reputaion, we are worried about a MAN getting a fair trial. You, Me, and any other US citizen. If its found that Zimmerman acted lawfully, which it looks like he did then Set him free. If there is some kind of EVIDENCE that states he did not. LOCK him up.

  You sir have no evidence to support your claim of zimmerman stalking and confronting TM.

  Dont you have to take a test in English to become a citizen? Almost half of the people on the video didnt speak nor understand english.

  Funny thing about this is its all about the money. They dont care about our culture or history or why we became the most prosperous country in human history. They just want their peice and if they can change America into something more beneficial to them in the process then it doesnt matter what or who they trample on to do it.

  So they can stand right in front of us and state that we are ravaging your country of its honor and wealth and we arnt even citizens and we cant even deport them properly.

  We are in trouble, mostly because these politicians are scared of loosing the latino vote. If all the CITIZENS of this country would freaking vote it wouldnt matter and we could do what the law says without fear of loosing a lationo voter.

  Quite a story there.

  Um… exactly ^^^^^^.

  Do you see that you fabricated an entire story to try and convict someone of a murder? You fabricated quotes, actions and coverups to help your cause. This is a real case with real implications.

  I thin Patty should be a journalist who agrees?

  This is from another blog on theblaze. Alan Dershowitz on Meg Kelly:

  “This affidavit,” he said, “submitted by the prosecutor in the Florida case is a crime. It’s a crime. If she in fact knew about ABC News’ pictures of the bloody head of Zimmerman and failed to include that in the affidavit, this affidavit is not the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.”[...]

  “The prosecution’s goal, Dershowitz explained, is to present all the details and evidence of the case in order to pursue justice, not merely to seek justice solely for one side of the case. And “you don’t indite based on false information,”.

  This with the initial questioning comming from Zimmermans council has proven that this man WILL NOT get a fair trial.

  First quote from DORIS, “My opinion is George followed and caught up, they scuffled and thats what the witnesses saw and then Trayvon was shot.” in your first post up top. This is your opinion and your entitled to it.

  Second quote from DORIS, “I want to get this said. George was told not to follow. He followed. Trayvon died..”

  It seems that you have some FACTS thats we dont have. you make me SICK. You have blatently made up your own facts to make your story more beleievable. Where is the Proof that GEORGE ZIMMERMAN FOLLOWED MARTIN??????????????

  DORIS ill help you out here. The lead INVESTIGATOR was asked the same question.   WOW…….DORIS did you write the Affidavit? because the affitdavit claims the same thing you do above but the FACTS say there is NO evidence to say that Zimmermans report of him walking back to his car was untruthful. NONE. NADA. ZEILCH. ZERO.

  Kadster – Thats completely wrong. A warning shot? That sounds insane, where is that bullet going? maybe into a neighbors house striking an innocent civilian. There are no warning shots ever.

  This case is very different then martin case. This guy acted as an agitator then used deadly force after it got out of control on him. His son was in the house apparently safe. The situation surrounding this he should have let police lock the guy up for pointing a knife at his son. But he wanted to do otherwise (whipping his ass). There is not really a comparisson between the cases.

  @ Ranger – “It is not a crime to watch your neighborhood. If Treyvon is the attacker, and jumped on Zimmerman and beat his head into the curb, then Zimmerman had the right to self defense.”

  This is exactly right. If the kid was slamming his head off the ground, is he not NOW using the ground as a deadly weapon? This talk about an unarmed kid will not hold up. Deadly force was met with deadly force in this incident.
