  It is really an off-white. Kind of a tan color really. I think Obama is that white. It was probably just someone who was jelous of the publicity and fame the owners were making off the natives.

  what kind of a point are you trying to make? A socialist society won’t make an art history major more useful to that society. At least in a capitalist society I can choose to educate myself in a carer that will bring me a crappy income. How did corporations make it so a “select few” fields have jobs. They just hire who is useful. Not societies problem that a major in communications doesn’t produce a high income.

  I have hired lots of people, some have to be engineers some are laborers, I hire for what I need so our business will be successful and we can all earn more money. It’s life. Get paid for your effort. No effort I fire you and you can go sit in the park with that goof ball. There is nothing wrong with being in business to make money. And there is nothing wrong with saying “you‘re not useful so you don’t get any” It is more fair for business to make that decision than government.

  “4.2. INSPECTIONS BY EPA.
  You must allow EPA, or an authorized representative of the EPA, to conduct the following
  activities at reasonable times:
  4.2.1. Enter onto areas of your site, including any construction support activity areas covered
  by this permit (see Part 1.3.c), and onto locations where records are kept under the
  conditions of this permit;
  4.2.2. Access and copy any records that must be kept under the conditions of this permit;
  4.2.3. Inspect your construction site, including any construction support activity areas covered
  by this permit (see Part 1.3.c) and any stormwater controls installed and maintained at
  the site; and
  4.2.4. Sample or monitor for the purpose of ensuring compliance.”
  This is the exact text from the new Construction General Permit. Regulates all construction sites with over one acre of soil disturbance.
  They can fine you $37,500 for not completing an inspection report. This is managed in most states by the Departments of Environmental Quality or Ecology etc. You have no private property rights. If the states don’t harass you enough they will get fined by the EPA.

  Exactly, Stick to the issues Rick. At least Romney is actually running against Obama. Who cares about the dumb dog. Not like they duct taped it to the bumper. I don’t believe in being cruel to animals but I have shot a few dogs. They were harassing livestock, these nanny state goofballs like Santoram would want you to believe that makes me an unfit father. Dogs aren’t people. Move over to the issues.

  Honestly they are digging pretty deep to find dirt on Romney if this is what Rick is resorting to. He has a lot of kids he may have had to flush a goldfish now and then. Oh the horror.

  Bill makes the point that it is hard for a black man who has been to jail to get a job. Somehow this is justification for him to live off my tax dollars. Somehow this is justification to steal from me and give it to him. It is justification for legalized plunder. What an Idiot. Redistribution of wealth is communism any way you slice it, if you use it to buy teeth, give it to a sad sack who made poor choices and went to jail, pay for killing the unborn, or pay child’s cancer treatment. Still communism. Still a dictatorship. Still no freedom in America.

  These two are idiots, they don’t talk about the real issue. Legalized plunder by the government is wrong. Now they pat each other on the back and say “Look how open minded we are, we showed both sides” they didn’t even scratch the surface. They’ll probably get a Pulitzer for it.

  By the way, I have two employees who have been in jail, 1 felon.

  I havn’t watched more than 10 minutes of regular TV since I was visiting relatives in August. Movies are OK I watch some netflix now and then. Regular TV is for Succas. I got better things to do with my time.
