72-Year-Old Suing City of Austin for Seizing His Home and Condemning It for Building Fallout Shelter
May 14, 2012 at 11:57am
True enough. That said, I am not surprised by this story. Austin is the first destination of every miserable carpet-****** who stumbles into Texas. They are a cancer, and they are slowly bringing the entire state into compliance with their various dicta. When I moved to Texas more than two decades ago, Austin was a small city, with essential state offices, a major university, and population that was liberal, but restrained. Now, it’s a big, dirty, ugly city, just like every pesthole of the northeast, and it has adopted all the same miserable habits, ideas, and propaganda. Two decades ago, the catch phrase there was “Keep Austin Wierd.”
Now it seems the institutional left has taken it over and it’s become a haven for big-government thugs.
Should Parents Be Prepped to Leave the Exam Room During Their Teen’s Appointment?

Here’s the only relevant question: Who’s paying?
After that, the question of who is entitled to information, or to be present, or anything else is purely academic.

Marxist Prof. to Protesters: Violence Only Avoidable if ‘1% Accept the Decisions of the 99%’
October 31, 2011 at 5:39pm
@Just_BUBBA, yep, you’re right about that. I expect that ol’ Garand will serve well if need be.
Marxist Prof. to Protesters: Violence Only Avoidable if ‘1% Accept the Decisions of the 99%’
October 31, 2011 at 5:26pm
@308Hammer, to be honest, if this turns violent, I don‘t think it’s going to go well for anybody. I just can’t see how they intend what they do and not have this turn into some sort of civil war, and you know whose side government will come down on. Already seeing that in Oakland: http://tinyurl.com/43xment
Should Christians Participate in Halloween Celebrations? (Poll)
October 31, 2011 at 5:22pm
I can understand how some committed Christians feel. It’s a bit like how some Christians like to point out that the Sabbath is Saturday, and not Sunday. It’s a bit like how some Christians point out that Christmas is (in their view) a pagan celebration too, with the Christmas trees, etc. You can have all of these arguments, but people will believe what they want.
Herman Cain Heckled by Ron Paul Supporters During Campaign Speech
October 31, 2011 at 5:17pm
Do Ron Paul supporters think this makes them friends? You can’t behave this way toward other candidates and expect to later get the support of those who supported them.
Marxist Prof. to Protesters: Violence Only Avoidable if ‘1% Accept the Decisions of the 99%’

What 99%? How is this guy, or the Occupiers claiming to be 99%? On what basis?
