  I use to swear I would never own a pit. That was 2 years ago when a little red nosed puppy ran up into our house and hid under the dining room table. I have friends over all the time that swear he acts more like a collie than any pit or bull dog they have ever seen. My wife was the only person he would come out of the table for and follows her around like he was tied to her with a leash. He is the kindest thing I have ever seen. I do not know if it is the love we show him every day or the fact that our other dog a 3 year old beagle took him under her wing so to speak and loved him every day. I just hate to base anything now on stories instead of experiences. Peyton is a true joy in our life. One time when he was less then a full year old we had a good friend come down with his two year old to visit. I asked them just to be safe not to let Peyton in the house with their son unless My wife or I was with him. Somehow he got in one morning and was sitting licking the 2 year old as it took Peyton’s toys and banged on his head with them. I almost had a heartattack at first but then just hugged peyton who was wagging his tail as fast as he could. For good measure he went back to the baby and kissed him again and then laid down at my feet.

  I am worried what the picture AKMIIKEUS has as his avatar means. A red x thru Congressman Allan West. Was it not the left that was warning us about such things leading to the hate filled vitriol we have been seeing.
