  • Megan did a really good job keeping her composure. But she should have told him to answer the question and call him out for the condescending, irritating, ignorant, rude, little twerp he is. She did a good job staying focused. However, someone needs to have the b@#ls to call these people out and explicitly tell them during exchanges like this they are rude and how dare someone like Congressman Sausage here talk down to her when he never answers the question. Republicans for too long have tried this same little “moral higher ground” game, saying things like we don‘t want to say those things because we’re no better than them, etc., etc. Yet, they’ll just sit there and take it. If you don’t call out the ignorant for what they are, it’s like Obama not calling Muslim extremists, Muslim extremists. You have to identify your enemies, including political enemies.

Once again, liberals are okay with basically taking as much of our money as possible because “…they’re dead…they’re dead…it’s unearned income.” What a douche bag.

  • Actually BendItLikeBeck, the First Amendment only states that “Congress shall MAKE NO LAW respecting an ESTABLISHMENT of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof…” This was because of the King of England also being the head of the Anglican Church in the times of Henry VIII. Last time I checked, Congress has NEVER even tried to introduce a bill or tried to create a law to do this. If you don’t believe in God, that’s fine, that’s your right and I respect that. Just don’t cry about it and claim some intellectual higher ground (when there isn’t one, it’s just your opinion) when others choose to display their faith. Christians have rights too and some of us are tired of people like you claiming this country was never founded on Christian principles. Maybe if you did your research, maybe even take a class, you would learn how Chrisitanity has been a part of this country from before the official founding of the United States until today.

No one ever said our founders were the perfect examples of piety. However, Christians fled England and elsewhere because of religious persecution as well as the political persecution. Humans are inherently flawed. Everyone knows this and Christians, like many other religious faiths, try to better themselves daily. In our case, we rely on the Bible and the Word of God. You don’t accept it. Fine, we get it. But people like you forget we have rights too. People have the freedom of speech and freedom of religion. However, NO ONE has a right to NOT BE OFFENDED.

Not all Conservatives have publicly espoused Christian ideals, let alone those of other religious faiths. When you listen to the actual politicians, you don’t hear much of it.

So, lay off people that want to display the Nativity. And you have the right to say what you want, no matter how stupid or ignorant, but don’t call Christianity an “ignorant, evil mythology” when you obviously don’t know anything about it and when you are completely ignorant of Christianity.

And remember, God still loves you….

  • Amen ProAmerican. I work with a lot of current and former military personnel, including those active the guard. The military, contrary to left-leaning and conspiracy theorists statements, is not evil. The overwhelming majority are conservative, American loving, people. They also know the difference lawful and unlawful orders. You need not worry about them. Worry instead about the civilian national security force Obama wants. One that is as, “well funded” as the military so “we don’t have to rely solely on our military.“ I am in law enforcement and law enforcement officers are not considered ”civilians,” so who is he talking about. Brown Shirts ring a bell for anyone?

  • National Anthem Goes Very Badly for Country Singer at NFL Game

    December 7, 2010 at 10:32am

    In reply to CatB.

To quote the great Harry Carey, “Holy Cow!” These guys suck so badly! The singer must have been thinking, “Oh say can you see by the…uh…let me be clear…there is…uh…Bush…eh..hmmm…Barack Hussein Obama…Mmmm, Mmmm, Mmmm…”

  • Yeah, definitely with you! It seems like we forgot what to do with traitors. Also, the price of ammunition is reasonable so it wouldn’t cost much for this fool.

  • Ah yes, we wouldn’t want any *minority* offended. Last time I checked, and I know I am no constitutional scholar, but no one has a right to NOT be offended. I know, I know, I’m thinking logically. BTW, has anyone yet figured out what denomination and church this douchebag belongs to? Also, I think he said “Lumbar” because he is now old and his lower back is killing him from carrying the weight of his lies and his own racism. Kind of a big burden I guess.

  • My father-in-law is a liver transplant recipient. Uh, there is no medication that replaces transplants, heart bypasses, etc. Dashcle is a douche! He goes from “TERMINAL CANCER” in the conversation to heart transplant being suggested. WTF?! And as everyone else here has said, hospice IS where you go to die.

  • Since when is someone’s “image” (i.e., BEING photographed by another) considered “intellectual property?” The stupid woman apparently does not understand what intellectual property is. Also, unless the managers of private property state filming is not allowed, that campus officer had no right to complain about being taped. I am in law enforcement and when someone is taping in a public forum, those there do not have a reasonable expectation of privacy in a public setting. Therefore, it falls on those working on the private property to say anything against it.

I am glad Glenn Beck pointed out what kind of person Van Jones is. Logic and freedom are never words in the vernacular of liberals/communits/socialists/progressives.

  • Richardson is clearly an idiot. If you watch and listen carefully, she is saying some things verbatim from the woman to her right. She clearly does not know the rules. Buyer had no reason to apologize. Unlike the Democrats, he did not resort to name calling, racial epithets, or so-called “hate speech.” He pointed out a fact…they think the rules don’t apply so the People threw them out. I think he is smart enough to know, though, Republicans are not immune to being voted out either if they don’t listen to the People.

  • Mmmm, Mmmm, Mmmm…I thought the Beatniks of the 60s were gone. Really? This is a member of our future generation? How about focusing that anger, instead of on BP, on the federal government and the fact that they are trying to take away the very freedoms of speech we all enjoy. He mentioned in the beginning about a man with out morals. Sounds like Obama, Axelrod, Soros, Van Jones, Sunstein…need I say more?
