  Exactly! Always put your had out to let the dog sniff you and then come to you if it so chooses. NEVER walk right up to one and stick your face in its! The poor thing was already traumatized, no doubt, with all of the chaos on a TV news set, and then here comes some dumb woman who sticks her face right in the line of fire. The dog basically gave her a warning shot across the bow, so she should consider herself educated and then convince the animal control people to let the dog go home.

  Also, why do you assume I’m a non-believer? God’s plan for me was that I cannot biologically have a child, so I choose to share the love in my heart with animals, especially dogs. I really don’t think God will condemn me to hell for that.

  I’m not blessed with children, so my dog is my “child.” There are many like me out there who feel the same way. I know she’s a dog, and I’m not one to dress her in silly outfits or paint her toenails, but she is my family nonetheless.
