Ex-Aide to Ron Paul Makes Stunning Claims About Old Boss: Anti-Israel, 9/11 Truther, Doesn’t Believe U.S. Had Any Business Fighting Hitler
December 27, 2011 at 1:08pm
“…We allied with someone far worse than Hitler (Stalin) to defeat Hitler.” The best thing about winning wars is that the winners get to write the war history.
Stalin was responsible for at least 30 million more deaths than Hitler…..and he was our “partner”…our ally….at the end of WW11, Hitler was done killing….not so with Stalin.
An analogy would be to give total immunity to prosecution, and hundreds of millions of dollars to Jeffrey Dammer to catch a lesser serial killer.

Rick Perry won’t get the nomination, but I hope someone picks up his stance on Foreign Aid…..don’t give money to ANY Country that shows us disrespect and refuses to give back in friendship.
Disaster relief should not be lumped into the category of Foreign Aid.
America has ALWAYS helped other Countries when those Countries experience disasters….and I hope we always will do that.
We send BILLIONS in “Foreign Aid” to SKorea EVERY year…
We have every right to expect respect be shown to us….every right.

No kidding….even though old now, when I run into a spider web w/spider along, I can still do all the body contortions, epileptic-type of movements at the same speed as when I was 20, accompanied with screams identical to the tweeners at a Beber concert and I have no idea how my voicebox can create those sounds…..which I can’t voluntarily reproduce if I tried.

In the 1st year after Texas passed the Right To Carry Law, carjacking dropped 99%. Of course Liberals see no connection whatsoever with drivers able to carry a gun with them and the enormous drop in the carjacking crimes.
Nope, they attribute it to a change in attitude toward the crime of carjacking by criminals.
They are right about one part of that ridiculous judgement…….there was definitely a change in “attitude” among criminals.
Because Switzerland has no standing Military, every Swiss citizen must own a rifle and receive training and certification for proper use, care, maintenance, and personal responsibility concerning all firearms.
Home invasions are almost ZERO in that Country.
The most humble of methods to PREVENT crime, is at least a thousand times better than all crime-solving tactics.
Kurt Warner to Tim Tebow: Don’t Be So Bold With Your Faith
December 2, 2011 at 1:53pm
The admonition to spread the Christian Faith is absolutely NOT what God said…..I’m always shocked that those who proclaim themselves a devout Christian have never read the entire New Testament….and the New Testament is the Operator’s Manual for Christians.
It was an agreed-to dictate by the Holy Church of Rome in the 700′s….not God…that made the spreading of Christianity a required duty for all Christians.
Knowledge of the New Testament will clarify that Jesus’ commandment to his followers was to spread his teachings “among his People”. His People being those whom he lived around during that period of time…primarily Jews
To spread Christianity “throughout the world” did not come from God, nor Jesus, but rather the precursor of the Catholic Church……as THEY interpreted the teachings of Jesus.
Kurt Warner to Tim Tebow: Don’t Be So Bold With Your Faith
December 2, 2011 at 1:37pm
It‘s not someone’s chosen faith that is offensive in and of itself. It’s is the presumption that other people should automatically want to hear a testimonial about ANYTHING….and every subject. It’s the “must” factor that is insulting. If the conversational topic is faith, THAT’S when a faithful person testifies…not in the middle of a conversation about sports, car choices, weather forecast, or different types of fertilizers for home gardens. Someone that starts talking about their sex life in the middle of those previously mentioned topics is every bit as off-putting. Some athlete that changes the subject of conversation from sports to the virtues of a vegan diet is also equally offensive.
An overly proud parent whipping out their kid photos with accompanying narrative in a discussion about non-fiction books is no less offensive. The offense part is the presumption by the “testifier” that all listeners “require” being informed about a subject that no one else is talking about.
“There’s a time and place for everything” is a truism, and applies to any and every type of human behavior.
Every person’s “time” is the most valuable of all assets every person owns.
Anyone that asserts their selfish desire to testify/promote any subject matter and insists that all people “listen” to the subject chosen solely by the testifier, is “stealing” other people’s most valuable asset….their TIME.
I hate it when anything gets stolen from me.
Bachmann to Beck: We‘re Facing a ’New Axis of Evil’
November 30, 2011 at 2:03pm
Just like “motion” should not be mistaken for “work”.
Pointing out anything that it wrong is NOT a proof of intelligence…but is often perceived as such.
Complaining about something we don’t like is ALSO not a sign of intelligence.
Babies come into this world complaining about conditions they don’t like…and no one would confuse newborns…complaining…intelligence.
Intelligence is demonstrated by posing solutions to problems that anyone old enough to read should be able to identify as being wrong.
Russia and China‘s attitude toward the US hasn’t changed in 60+ years….and isn’t going to change. Recognizing and calling attention to 60+ year-long problems is not proof of genius.
I’m not sure which person is more pitiful…..the person considering themselves genius for pointing out the obvious, long-existing problems…..OR….the person thinking that long-established problem recognition is in and of itself is an act of genius.
“WOW….her ability to perceive the obvious is amazing! I’m voting for HER!
I’ve been sort of thinking that maybe tsunamis are a bad thing for people that live along coastlines….but I’m not sure whether they are bad things or not…..when MB has time to study and consider whether tsunamis are good or bad, and lets me know that they are “bad” things…THEN I’ll know for sure.
I need a genius to decide that situation for me…..and a genius is every person able to point out whether something is bad or good. I’m just not sm
Cramer: We‘re ’Two Stages From a Financial Collapse So Huge It‘s Hard to Get Your Mind Around’
November 29, 2011 at 2:38pm
It is no more possible to accurately predict WHEN the market will collapse than it is to predict climate change.
Both are affected by millions of variables from every corner of the Earth.
Humans are hard-wired for the need for “phrophets, psychics, fortune tellers….a multi-billions per year occupation.
We laugh at “primitive” peoples for their belief in witch doctors and then humans spend billions on their modern-day equivalents.
How our species managed to top the Food Chain is a daily bewilderment for me.
For 2011 years in a row, the oldest generation has ALWAYS been convinced the world will end in THEIR lifetimes.
As for me, my bet is when our Sun blows up 5-6 billion years in the future….give or take a few billion years either way.

This is EXACTLY what should be done. Conservatives look like hypocrites when pointing at the OWSers and accusing them of not obeying laws and city ordinances…..and then excuse Conservatives for displaying THEIR free speech rights.
Citizens do not need a team of expensive lawyers when appealing an issue where there is “black-letter-Law” involved….there‘s either a HOA or there isn’t. When you need a team of lawyers is when an appeal is based on some vague term like “intent”
ANY of the local media would jump on this news story of a Judge violating the terms of her office…..the story has to be about THE JUDGE and not a homeowner wanting to put ugly, unrestricted signs in their yard.
This has to be about a JUDGE and a SIGN…..and NOT what is on the sign.
I‘m very glad my neighbors can’t fill their yards with signs advertising ANY of their beliefs…or whether THEY consider some sign to be “tasteful”…..which is in the eyes of the “beholder”
Anybody else see the hypocrisy of criticizing other people’s rights of expression, but demand they have the right to “express” ANY opinion they choose to express.
YOUR sign is ugly….but MY sign is tasteful.
Same one-sided viewpoint toward a homeowner clogging residential streets…..to where firetrucks and ambulances not being able to drive down the street to someone in need…with the CARS OF PEOPLE ATTENDING THEIR BIBLE STUDY in their home. An Amways sales meeting in a home would also clog residential streets..
