  Even with the disclaimer…this could be construed to be a case of slander…where the parties specifically intent was to smear and publish a lie that some people would believe…after all the majority of Hustler’s purchasers are illiterate…they don’t read, just look at pictures…I say sue Larry Flint if S.E. Cupp is not considered a “public figure” fairly immune from slander laws…but this does appear to be purposeful and should be litigated…if for no other reason to make Flint spend a ton of money on the defense, and then a ton more when he loses…

  Just proves that there are idiots and miscreants everywhere…they make up at least 5% of the population and cause at close to 95% of all the problems…but it does seem like at least 95% of all the politicians come from the 5% who screw things up, so we face a 99% chance that we’re screwed…

  Let’s not forget the basics here…innocent until PROVEN guilty beyond a reasonable doubt is the standard by which our judicial system is supposed to work by…and it does in over 99% of all cases.
  The 1% that runs against that is when the media with an agenda creates a situation where it convicts people without facts using racial prejudices and political bias. So far it appears that the facts slowly trickling out do not support the medias racially prejudiced conclusions…
  Facts are the only thing that you can trust…not politicians or those who have political or racial motives that only promote themselves at the expense of the majority of the public.
  Holder has turned the DOJ into a racially biased federal agency…which makes him a bigot by his actions and words…

  My congratulations to the retired officer. He saved the public at least $100,000 for the cost of the trial and incarceration of this miscreant… who solely due to the fact he is dead and serving his highest possible purpose as worm food.

  Not sure about the Canadian laws regarding probable cause and illegal searches. But I want to know what kind of idiot believes a 4 year old can provide “probable cause” because she drew a gun? If in this country I would be looking for an attorney to sue the pants off somebody for a illegal arrest without cause and would win the case. There is absolutely no way without any corroboration or second source that a single 4 year old child’s statement should ever be enough for a lawful search.

  I guess that I will now cease to donate to ANY Red Cross organization…if the US organization has ties to the international organization, and I do believe it does have financial and organizational ties, then it’s time for the US organization to sever those ties and make it well known that they are a separate organization…I refuse to donate to any organization that picks sides when it’s supposed to be neutral…

  On two levels this was an unconstitutional search…one it was without a warrant in violation of the 4th amendment and two a Senator/Representative on his way to Congress CANNOT BE ARRESTED/DETAINED…Time to eliminate the TSA because they really do not do anything to keep us safe…

  My question as to if it‘s pertinent to collect signage then I would not mind if this is added to the signs held by the Tea Party at their rally’s. If they didn’t already collect all the various signs held by the
  Tea Party members who protested in massive groups then they should not collect these signs either. For this to be an honest portrayal of history it needs to be complete with all the political signage, not just one point of view.

  All I can say is that I hope the sale of Abrams tanks to Egypt is never completed…I don‘t wish for Israel to be defeated and the US lose it’s only true ally and democracy in the middle east. I don’t know what the mental midgets in the Obama administration were thinking about when they decided to sell off some of the few tanks we have, they aren’t making any more just rehabilitating and updating the hulls that already exist. But I guess it’s all part of the plan that George Soros has developed to make himself richer and more powerful. Don’t get me wrong, I wouldn’t mind it if Egypt was a democracy without any religious zealots in control, now or in the future. Geeze, I can’t believe how stupid the Obama administration is in both foreign and domestic policy…he’s even dumber than Bush 2, 1 and Clinton combined, and that is really saying something…

  You’re right, Portland where the TV station is is highly liberal and the majority of the liberal/progressives did vote for Obama and almost every other Dimocrat on the ballot. The only place where conservatives are elected is in the country away from the cities.
