  • If guns kill people then it must be the banks‘ fault that people can’t pay their loans and get foreclosed on. It must be the insurance companies‘ fault that poor people don’t have insurance. It must be the rich guys’ fault that the poor guy is poor. It must be the fat guys’ fault the skinny guy is skinny. And it must be conservatives’ fault that we actually allow our children to live. When your god is government, and your roots run shallow, blame is an easy stone to cast.

  • Utah Lawmakers Propose M1911 as Official State Gun

About time we started recognizing people for positive contributions to society.

  • The only thing that stops a bad man with a gun is a good man with a gun. Removing arms from law abiding citizens does nothing more than put a “welcome criminals” doormat in front of every home in America. Example: Chicago, Illinois!

No Senator Left Behind. That’s awesome! Won’t work, doesn’t have a catchy acronym. May I suggest The Senator Education and Reading Comprehension Handout.

People in Colorado, this is horrible for you! Other food producing states as well. How many people did you grow up with who are no longer farmers? How many wells are we going to watch be shut down right under people’s land? If our state representatives will not lead the charge to recall these dangerous senators than we must. We cannot wait until 2012, 2014, or 2016. The states must stand up for themselves. How many more industries can we allow to be run from Washington, D.C.?

  • For those of us who grew up in this country loving it the ideas of progressives seem very foreign to us. The idea that we would need someone to negotiate our contracts, make our healthcare decisions or micromanage the types of cars we drive is ludicrous. We like our America the way it is.
That being said, we‘re seeing it turn into something we don’t recognize. It‘s like going to a party when you’re fifteen. You’re not supposed to go and your parents taught you better. It’s kind of fun for awhile, maybe for the first couple of days. Maybe you meet a girl or something.
After awhile, maybe you lose your job and you’re out of money. You get hungry. Sooner or later it dawns on you that there is nobody to take care of you but you and you’re in a real mess and you want to go home.
    America is Home Sweet Home.

  • This is yet another prime example of why Americans need to localize their governments and quit relying on the state or feds to handle everything. We know what works best for our households, our communities, our individual states, and from there we can be a fantastic country. If we apply this way of thinking to any problem, there is no problem Americans can’t fix.

  • Does anyone notice the similarity to one Nicolae Carpathia

  • FREEDOM OF SPEECH

Yes, Idiocracy. Scares the hell out of you don’t it. The first time I saw this movie I think the credits were rolling before my jaw re-elevated. Notice the way they blame each other. It’s like watching C-SPAN!

  • No matter Glenn’s religious beliefs, we all didn’t start watching to go to church everyday. We started watching because he brought us information we weren’t getting anywhere else. Along the way the audience has grown and the voice has become stronger. Now we find ourselves in a place that may seem uncomfortable but we have to trust in God. We have made this journey along with Glenn. We are all in this time and place for a reason. Focus on the common ground we all have and leave the differences for God to figure out.
