  This appears to be a party that ran out of beer, the young men decided to take the beer they wanted. . . a ‘beer run’ but rather then just a guy grabbing a case and running out the door it was dozens of guys grabbing a case and walking out the door, then back in to get more. . .i dont think a person with a conceiled carry permit would win a case of arresting someone like this because it is not a felony act, and holding a shoplifter at gun point could be considered something like abduction or holding someone against their will at gun point as kidnapping by the law. That could land a good law abiding citizen in prison for a long time. . . u can use your gun to stop a felony act and shoplifting doesnt fit the bill. . .

  Rand Paul got it right in his bill to reduce FY 2011 budget deficiet by 500 billion. . . in that bill he intends to END ALL FOREIGN AID. . . we are paying for an arms race in the middle east we are paying isreal and isreal’s enemies equally. . . its absurd.

  I hope the next president doesnt try suing a state for trying to secure its own border. . . we need all the border states to put their national guard on border duty i think having soldiers on the job would significantly disrupt the flow of illegal traffic through the border.

  It seems unclear what the guy actually had, was it simply some large fireworks were they fashioned into a weapon? Too many questions here to for me to pass judgement. . . If the guy was there to hurt people he belongs in prison. If his intention was to simply light off some fireworks in the parking lot he deserves a fine or something, and if they cant decide what his intent was. . . probation.

  Jesse Ventura’s tv show had an episode about these biological weapons facilities and it was deeply disturbing, they said there are roughly 1400 or so of these bases spread over our 50 states and security lapses and mistakes occurred at an alarming rate at the one they looked at in Lime, NY where some of their test animals washed ashore (the base was on an island), the test animal was very disturbing considering it looked like a dog with a large beak and racoon like fingers. . . they showed pictures. . . anyway the security was an honor bases system where the employees actually POLICED THEMSELVES and contamination of the general population was not a major concern.

  Shooter is dead no identity known and he is from out of state. . . it seems strange they did not show a picture of him or the woman that was shot. . . how could they not gleen the identity from the van plates unless it was stolen, if it were that would explain why he did not want to be taken into custody. . . my guess is he is an illegal and likely part of some organized crime outfit, he was probibly acting like a thug so someone called him in and he did not want to be taken to jail or be deported.

  lol Damn Glen Beck is good at interviews he even made this veiled hostile interview look friendly. . . that last comment made the left look more fiendish then anything then the Today show’s host could throw at him. . .

  His quoting obama’s hateful rhetoric “If the Republicans bring a knife, Ill bring a gun.”
  after quoting Obama he then explains it has political discourse that was a master stroke. . .He looked like the teacher and the Today show host like a student on her own program. . .

  England needs to get serious about Muslim threats for the safety of its subjects they need to make threats some sort of major offense when related to a religion whether it be stoning or honor killings . . . that should carry the same sentence as attemted murder
