  The women was clearly guilty of disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. Had this been Colorado she definitely would have been cited. Probably not arrested since there was a child involved. You are not free to create a disturbance especially on public transportation. I have arrested and cited people many times for acting a fool. Although most violaters are drunk homeless/vagrant/fare evaders.

  It is by faith alone not by works. Works are but a sign that we have faith nothing more. It is by God’s grace that we are saved and are brought to his son.
