  Assault Clips? I’ve never heard of such a thing. That’s a made-up term conceived by anti-gun idiots who know nothing about firearms. What they showed on that video were MAGAZINES .. not CLIPS. Only morons call mags clips. Also, only a moron would call a high-cap magazine an “assault clip.”

  Assault weapons are fully automatic, high capacity rifles and shotguns like the AK-47 (russian full auto) or a Saiga-12. In America, you might consider a full auto/selective fire M16 an assault rifle. Otherwise, no. There is no such thing as an assault clip. The purpose for high cap magazines is for home defense (you have lots of rounds for a bad guy) and/or for at the shooting range. You don’t have to reload as much.

  If you want freedom in America, you have to put up with a few jerks every decade like Loughner who abuse those freedoms. However, the odds of you dying in gun violence are about as low as you dying in a plane crash if you’re a frequent flier. Actually, that’s a lie. They’re much LOWER! =) The fact is guns save lives. If you take our guns away, with our pourus borders, guns will get through to horrible people. The only ones you’re affecting by banning guns are the good citizens who obey the law.

  The thing is .. that‘s who they’re targeting. Take our guns away and we are defenseless from tyranny. The hard working man is the backbone of the nation. Most of us have at least one shotgun somewhere. Some of us have more. However, try to impose tyranny in America and we stop the tyrants .. because we can and we MUST! Take our guns though? We can’t do jack.

  Sinista, the reporters at the blaze weren’t there. They don’t know anyone “dropped’ this bomb.

  If you look closely, the explosives were exploding in a chain-like fashion. Similar to movie explosions .. for example .. the one in Armageddon where the Asteroid hit Paris.

  A few explosive charges and some detonator cord will do this EXACT type of explosion. That’s all this was. A staged event in order to get people like you all excited.

  It’s almost identical to the scene (the explosion) in “armageddon” when Paris got hit with the asteroid. They laid out multiple small explosives and detonated them in a chain-like fashion (like a very fast detonating pack of firecrackers) .. which is why this looked the way it did.

  Mall, the field in Richmond was starting to fall apart. It was old and abused. They had an opportunity to go to a new stadium .. where they can have state of the art training facilities and more fans in the seats. Now explain to me how that wasn’t a good idea?!

  I can understand why you’d be frustrated with the move, but it’s completely understandable. I would be ticked off if the Barons left my city too but I wouldn’t stop liking the ChiSox as my fave AL team!

  Anywho .. GO BRAVES! I hope you have a great season in AA, Luis! Big year for ATL coming up. That lineup is AMAZING looking .. and the pitching has been DOMINATING all spring.

  If he’s second string, it’s only because they have a more experienced QB who has been there longer at this time. This kid is good, though. He could easily win the starting job this spring if he impresses the coaching staff.
