  Fred does a really good Obama (everything Fred does is funny)…. that skit would have been funnier than the Fox and Friends skit. There’s a couple things I know about; one is politics and the other is comedy. The F&F skit was not funny. At all. In order to be funny, farce has to be something the audience is familiar with.. most of the SNL crowd won‘t be because it comes on in the morning and it’s conservative. Everybody knows Obama and that he was spiking the football 10 too many times. This was moved because they knew they were going to get a nasty call from the White House.

  What is really sad is that there was a time and place where people who said and believed stupid things were not coddled and protected by a nanny state. More likely, they would just get a punch in the head and would learn to keep their dumb ideas to themselves in the future. I’m not advocating violence or intolerance.. .that’s not the solution… but I do long for a time when the Bill Ayers of the world knew they couldn’t say stupid things without some kind of cost.

  I would love to have the opportunity to debate Bill Ayers and un-dress him in a public forum. That would be remarkably satisfying. Perhaps more so than hitting him in the brain.

  What kind of self-absorbed, pretentious morons speak like this… to themselves in supposedly private journals? To me, it indicates remarkably immature personalities who one day hope someone reads this crap and is convinced that the author was brilliant… something they themselves are convinced (on merit) they are not.
