  So what do you do in the case of Siamese twins where one of the twins cannot live without the other, however, the other twin could survive separation? Does the lesser able twin not meet your definition of parasite? Is it OK for the dominant twin to remove the parasite with no consequenses? Does the lesser twin have no rights since they cannot live apart from the host? You may be tempted to dismiss this as apples and oranges, however, its exactly the same scenario.

  charles116 has just cleared it all up for everyone with his profound statement..let’s shut down the thread and delete all comments…the argument is over….thanks chuck for your deep insight. Not many people could make such a profoundly ignorant statement in so few words. If ignorance is bliss, you must be happy as a kid with a new puppy. I find it ironic that a statement accusing someone of using a false premise is, itself, built on a false premise.

  Romeny is nothing more than a son of privledge, he is a rich, prep school brat, that has no problems closing American factories and destroying American jobs as long as he can make a quick buck and send it to off shore accounts to avoid paying taxes on it.

  If you are going to make a point, try using correct spelling and grammar. You should know better than to copy and paste your talking points from the DNC website. Obama has closed many more factories than Romney with his economic policies…not to mention forcing small businesses to close or over regulating to the point where companies are never able to get off the ground.

  As for rich prep school brats, are you referring to Obama’s children? You seem to take issue with how he is raising his own children of privilege since it’s very similar to how Romney was raised except for the future government paid abortions they may get.

  Seems as though the restaurant was penny wise and dollar foolish. Now they are in the national media being shown in a very poor light. I have complained about a meal once in my 47 years and the restaurant was quick to take it off my bill. Why not comp a meal or two to offset the price of the tip? Makes the customer happy, waitress happy and avoids national negative attention. As it stands now, I really don’t care how obnoxious the patrons were, to be locked in and have the cops called is poor management. I travel to Houston and if given the choice, I simply will not go to that restaurant….there are just too many other choices out there to bother with ones that clearly do not know how to handle customers.

  While the legalization of drugs is a touchy subject, I do beg to differ with those who claim we cannot legislate morality. We most certainly can. Isn’t murder a moral issue? Theft? Perjury? If we legalize based on not wanting to legislate morality, do we also legalize murder, theft and perjury as well?
  The discussion needs to continue, but without that false premise.

  I will ask it again…Are we going to hold EVERYONE in the party to biblical standards of righteousness? Or just some whose sin offends us personally?

  This is a political party, NOT CHURCH. If we want to hold to the tenets of Christianity then do we get rid of the Jews in the party too?

  Who gets to determine the purity of the party? We get rid of the Jews, get rid of the gays, get rid of all non-Christians? Then what…..have communion and feel good about ourselves?
