  • Or rather… “from my sticky, chocolate and jelly bean covered hands”.

This is more ignorance on display. I don‘t recall a single boy in my childhood that didn’t have toy guns. I don’t know a single one who has ever grown up to be violent. I’m tired of toy guns, video games, music, and television being the scapegoat for criminally violent kids. If a kid is warped, look right to the parents.

  • Sticks and stones, moron… sticks and stones.

The first to resort to name calling has already lost the argument… oops, that’s YOU! I’m through with you now… write again when you actually have something intelligent to say.

btw, where do you get off assuming I’m for Romney? Now who’s the ignorant one?

  • I’m left wondering… What power has Mitt Romney EVER had to end a war? And just who exactly are the innocent people getting killed on his account? This is, hands down, the dumbest thing I’ve seen all week. I don’t know if this guy is a lame lib or a Paul-bot, but whatever the case, everyone in his cause should be shaking their heads in shame. Dumber than a bag of hammers…

  • Very sad. Colorado Springs is a VERY military city. Fort Carson, Peterson AFB, The Air Force Academy, Shriever AFB, and the now closed NORAD all adorn this city. Growing up in the cold war, we used to joke that if the war became hot we wouldn’t have to worry about suffering because Russia would drop at least a dozen warheads on our town alone. Anyways, I digress. Colorado Springs would be a one horse town without the military presence here. Although it has its fair share of libs, this man is in no way indicative of the nature of the city. Frankly, myself and everyone we know feel honored that we are literally surrounded by America’s finest!

  • The ‘Top 5’ Most Loved and Hated States

In Colorado, we have had a huge number of Californians moving here. Particularly in the Denver and Colorado Springs area. Unfortunately, they are bringing their politics with them. This has all been over the last decade or so. I’m seeing my state in decline. What’s most alarming is shift in our military to liberal standpoints. There are 4 military bases in Colorado Springs alone, and just a decade ago you could always count on that county being conservative… These days that appears to be shifting.

  • On your appeal, I took the time to watch this. I’m not Catholic but was riveted all the way through. I’m in agreement that this warrants attention.

Glenn, if you’re out there… just watch the first 5 minutes of the above link and if it doesn’t suck you in (as I suspect it will) then you’ve lost nothing.

  • If it was not read at your church, take the initiative and PRINT THIS LETTER and distribute it to the congregation yourself, as I plan to do at my Baptist church! This is not a Catholic issue alone… this is a Christian issue. Make them all aware as many are just not informed of this.

We feel that God doesn’t pick football games… get over yourself.

Before any of you count out “Tebowmania”… perhaps you should look into the first two seasons John Elway had.

For those of you who blame Tebow for their loss tonight, check yourself real quick to see if you really understand how football works. First, those 45 points had nothing to do with Tim Tebow. There’s something on football teams called a “defense”… and it’s their job to keep the other team from scoring. Second, answer me honestly… did the offensive line protect him tonight?

To say the Patriots are the better team is accurate. To say Tim Tebow lost this game and that he sucks is just ignorant.

  • You simply don’t get it. And I pray that someday you will… honestly. You really think we cheer on Jesus for taking the punishment for my sins? We’re grateful… not SICK! I deserve the punishment he took for me. Be careful about making assumptions on things you truly do not understand.
