  Republicans, can you say, without any doubt that Mitt, Newt, or Rick will put significant effort into shrinking the size of government?

  The answer is no. I cannot speak for other Ron Paul supporters but this year I am voting for RP or a Libertarian. I think I learned from the Bush years what small government conservatism is all about.

  Ron Paul is really against spending in Washington. Really against it, no doubt 100% against spending, he will not sign any bills that increase spending.

  Newt, Romney, and Santorium, Can you say without any doubts that they are 100% against spending? Can you say they will never sign a tax increase? Not only can I say that about my candidate I actually believe it. Do you?

  Ending the war on drugs is just a bonus. Imagine a country so free that an adult who owns their own property can sit in their living room and enjoy some pot without a threat of violence from a government. Conservatives should find this money saving, government shrinking idea attractive.

  Freedom and justice, for some.

  You can respect authority if you want. People who call themselves authorities and leaders in this country are the ones ruining it for the rest of us. Sometimes I would like to Taze young people too, but that don’t make it right.

  Your comment is so true. I’m actually a Libertarian because of Glen and for that I thank him. He has lost his way so have the readers here.

  Two things I learned from him.

  1) Question with boldness.

  2) Do your own research.

  I do and I have. My facts seem to be different.

  As a liberty loving person I refuse to contribute to the downfall of this country. I will vote for Ron Paul or another liberty minded individual but not for a liberal and not for a big government Republican. Without Ron Paul the republicans will lose my vote and I assume many others will do the same. Rs and Ds share a monopoly on our political system and the more we contribute to the monopoly the more freedoms they shall take away. The differences between Rs and D’s are to minor to make any difference.

  This will be the last Republican/Democrat election. Neither side will tackle the real issues of spending, property rights and redefine the ideas of defense to what the founders had in mind.

  Leave it to a Blaze article to create a hotspot of bigoted flame war. The scorching reaction to it is simply priceless. Keep fanning the flames of atheism and it will continue to spread like fire sparking a pyre against religion.

  My advice is to ignore ideology either burn itself out or rise from the ashes.
