  • I am a teenage girl and a Christian. Honestly, I feel for this young lady. I disagree with her claims and her desire for the banner to removed, but I don’t believe she should receive such threats. The message could have been sent by anyone (Christian or non-Christian) but if it was sent by a Christian, perhaps they would claim to be one, that person should be ashamed of themselves as sending a threatening and violent message does not portray the characteristics Christ wishes us to portray.

    Hebrews 4:21

  • I pray that his newly found faith will remain strong.. so great that he has found truth… yay!

  • this practice isn’t needed for repentance… repentance simply is confessing of one’s sins and failures and accepting that Christ did indeed take all of our sin upon HImself; therefore, this practice is useless and propaganda for atheists and anti-christians alike.

  • These kinds of articles really kill me… seriously…. Ok, it’s a privately owned business; therefore, the owners have the right to serve whomever they wish! If the gay group went to a business owned by a muslim man asking him for service.. he would have denied and had a few more comments more than likely! This is ridiculous.

  • The atheist presidents’ comment at the end was interesting.. we have certainly seen the influence religion has on nations – Hinduism has produced an extremely poor and caste driven state, Buddhism has produced a deprived and poor nations, Islam has produced persecuted, poor, and deprived nations, etc…. Like it or not America is based on Biblically derived values (life, liberty, pursuit of happiness – this is all Biblical) The Pilgrims fled to America for freedom of religion, or to practice Christianity outside of the Catholic Church. America was extremely successful for a long time.. and of course things went down hill after the institution of a culmination of things.. but anyways you get the point.

  • If they are trying to make a point by picketing with signs such as: “you are going to hell” or “God hates *******,” they are missing the ENTIRE point of Bible, and the Gospel more specifically. Christians shouldn’t stir up hate and persecution but we should reason with atheists and other religions in factual and evidential confrontation (not anger). Westboro Baptist Church is wasting their time and they are accomplishing nothing accept the foolishness the display!

  • hm…. hate crime against a caucasian? no way! won’t see that on CNN or ABC

  • your friend lost an ovary because she was sleeping around before she settled in…. probably multiple times… and you know what miss sandra? if you were truly looking out for the interest of your fellow women you would tell them to grow up and either remain abstinent or figure out a way to budget their 3,000 to pay for all of their contraceptives because they can’t close their legs! how is it in any way the schools job to pay for you and your friend’s lack of self-control? really?

  • Did I honestly just hear this poor argument from a georgetown law student? Wow! Let’s say 40% of the girls at georgetown were obese because they made the decision (they decided to do this, themselves, with their own bodies) to eat a quarter pounder with cheese every other hour. Soon the girls found themselves grossly obese and felt they deserved a gym membership with a physical trainer to work all the fat off. Well because all of these “ladies” can’t afford a gym membership on low income they feel their schools should but the membership for them! Equate it to this and it sounds even more ridiculous… it‘s called be responsible for your own personal life or don’t have premarital relations!

    THE END!

  • perhaps the lack of conscience idea is accurate…. but finally an actor who speaks the truth! unlike samuel jackson…
