  It would have been appropriate for her to decline.
  The event was tragic, her recovery miraculous and inspirational.

  BENINFERNO are you a Sailor, Airman or Soldier? You will never hear a Marine refer to themselves or other Marines as a Soldier.

  Soldiers? As a Marine, I find my brothers being called Soldiers more insulting than anything else. A Marine is a Marine, they earned the title so use it!

  With this press conference it is confirmed, nothing to see here. Is not, and never was, a “news” story. Politico’s journalism is right up there with Gawker, MSDNC and the weekly world news. I would have included the National Enquirer, but they broke a real news story about John Edwards.
