  We are huge Nashville Predators hockey fans and you can hear a pin drop at every game during the anthem. People take off their hats and cover their hearts. If the military are there they get standing ovations. Chicago Blawkhawk fans shout during the entire anthem and it’s awful. Evidently, that their “thing”. Dallas Stars cheer when during the song “gave proof through the night that the STARS were still there”. The red in that flag stands for something. Wish more fans would respect that.

  Helen has all the freedom of speech she wants. Wayne University also has the right to take back something that would have been the height of hypocrisy had they not. Helen Thomas statements do not resemble anything that is within miles of diversity. Way to go Wayne!
