  My family on my mothers side has been here 300 years on my fathers side they came up mexico after the turn of the last centry. I don’t know where you are talking about but perhaps you should try to speak for all hispanics
  Here in new mexico esecialy northern new mexico people identify themselves as hispanic of spanish ancestrery.
  Infact if you were to call one of the northerners latino they likely find you buried in a shallow grave in the middle of nowhere.
