  PS Start reading labels. Start doing your own research. Find out what is bad for you. Just because it doesn’t say “Trans Fats” on the lable does NOT mean it’s not in it. Read the ingredients. If the oils say “Hydrogenated” at all it has TRANS fats in it! This fat product that is used highly in processed foods is (in my opinion) one of the BIGGEST hidden killers out there. It WILL cause your bad cholesterol to rise exceedingly fast! Be warned!

  … Continued….The more government controls your life and health… the more dangerous it will be for your life and health. I do support the “Paleo” diet. I do support the “Atkins” diet. I do support diets rich in lean meats, good oils, and leafy greens.

  Am I now set to get arrested soon because I will promote not eating foods that are making the government richer. But not because of that reason… but because the food itself is TOXIC to people’s health!

  It took me a year to find an all natural peanut butter. That just had peanuts and salt in it. They are tainting our food and we don’t even know it. Or realize it. Stop eating in the middle of the store. Start eating from the outer isle’s is my recommendation! It’s difficult to stop food addictions, I realize. But it CAN be done and you will be better off for it. Now, I’m off to go follow my own advice.

  And when Whole Foods comes to your town. Start buying your food there! Boise, finally is getting one. I cannot wait till they open!

  I am a type 2 diabetic. I have had huge success following a diet regime “low carb or Atkins”. However, in recent years it has fallen to the wayside. For a multitude of reasons. I’ll have to go back to it very soon, because my health is at risk and currently and getting worse. But I digress.

  I recently thought about writing a blog myself. Describing all the foods that currently are toxic, especially for a diabetic. It includes dairy, grains and flours, sugar and corn syrup, and trans/hydrogenated oils. Even for the past 20 years now… They’ve been putting in “pink slime” into our ground hamburger!!! Just the other day I bought some “no pink slime” beef and cooked it up. I was surprised how different it cooked. And how it tasted! These things… All of which are extremely government supported because they make bank off the tax’s income these produce.

  I now buy my beef at Costco. As they publicly announced they would no longer sell ground beef with the additive, “pink slime”. Which is parts of the cow you normally do not eat, treated with Ammonia. I know it is true because when I cook it up with the additive in it, the beef foams up! DISGUSTING!

  Years ago I went to the ADA web sites to find out more info on how to help myself and found no help there. Their suggestions were dry toast and orange juice for breakfast. That breakfast would probably send me into diabetic shock! It isn’t a conspiracy theory. It is reality. The more government controls your life

  Yeah honestly it doesn’t bother me he swore on live television that “likely” only parents / adults are watching. And if there are children in the room. I’m sure they will hear worse on ABC or NBC any given night of the week, these days.

  Keeping gas bags like this on the air is a must. Otherwise it wouldn’t be called, “Fair and Balanced”. Right? Well… I’ll give you an opinion. Stop using non-sense to make your case Bob, libs, and commies. Start using facts and you won’t have to resort to yelling and swearing to make your case. But that’s how they work. They MAKE other’s do what they say is right. But they themselves will never do what they say!

  I hate watching these shows because all they do is interrupt one another the entire time and no one gets their point across anyway!

  PS I never liked the idea that people had to hire people based on their race. Dividing people that way is not appropriate. When you apply for the job, it should NEVER ask you your race. It has no relavance what so ever to job’s in America. But the government seems to think it does. Now they‘ve got a new tax break for employer’s who hire x-military but only one‘s who’ve been out of the military for under a year. I guess they don‘t care about all the other Vet’s. Nor do they care about the millions of people who’ve been unemployed for more than 3 years now, thanks to lawmakers, and Obama.

  When is it going to end?

  It makes me want to crawl under a rock. Because it all just boils down to one thing. Social “Judgement” And we’ll all be classified as such soon enough.

  I wish I lived when this country was free to live their lives.
