  Exercise your religious acts on your own time. Employers should not be expected to run their businesses according to the convenience of religious exercises. Or become employed in strictly Muslim owned businesses.

  Freedom of Religion does not mean employers must run their businesses around religious functions.

  Frankly they should all return to the sand box in the Middle East.
