  As a retired cop and former supervisor who dealt with a large number of protests, I am of the opinion, based on what appears in the video, that the arrests were illegal. The media has a right to film unless they are causing a danger to themselves or others or unless they are within a crime scene area that must be clearly marked.

  The officer should have explained to them why they needed to move across the streete and not just because “I said so”.

  There may be more to this that wasn’t on tape, but just on what we can see, the officer needs to re-read the Constitution and law book.

  Why does her decision cause so many of you to become not only judgemental but hateful? She said her decision brings her closer to God and is that really a bad thing considering what is going on in this world?

  Judge not lest you shall be judged.

  Her journey in life is not over but at least she is headed in the right direction. To her critics, I ask you to look at yourself and honestly ask and answer yourself if you are one the right path.
