  It’s not so much that we are insensitive to other world positions on things it is more that we hold them in utter contempt because they are wrong and stupid. Our place of superiority in the world was earned by hard work and the accumulation of wealth. We took the upper hand because we were correct. We lost the upper hand because our President gave it away.
