  • Here we go again,

    WAKE UP and research.

Jon jr. is a huge “global warming” activist. Do you still want CAP and TRADE, do you still want to pay for air, do you still want global wealth redistribution in the name of “green energy”, do you still want to pay for carbon emission taxes and higher energy costs?

Obama hired Jon jr. because he pushes the Obama agenda in the U.S. and in China………. global this and global that.

    > Statement of Jon Huntsman to Senate Foreign Relations Committee” on 7/23/2009

“We have entered an era in which all nations are called upon to work together to address the urgent problem of global climate change. The United States and China should be part of the solution, and collaboration on clean energy and greater energy efficiency offer a real opportunity to deepen the overall U.S.-China relationship. U.S. agencies have been encouraging their counterparts in China to expand cooperation on clean energy and other emission-reducing activities and to advance the international climate change negotiations. As Utah’s Governor, I have been deeply involved in exploring clean energy options for the Western States. During my chairmanship of the Western Governors Association, we focused specifically on the global nature of climate change, working directly with China and other major carbon emitters on this critical issue. If confirmed, I will continue my personal interest in working with China to identify and take action in areas that are mutually beneficial and which promote low-carbon economic growth in ways that are consistent with our trade and investment policies.”

Jon Huntsman as Governor of UTAH:

“The initiative, entered into by Huntsman, would establish a regional market to trade carbon emissions credits, allowing industries that emit greenhouse gases to buy and sell credits for their emissions. The goal is to cut the region’s carbon emissions to below 2005 levels by 2020, a roughly 15 percent reduction.

Cap-and-trade agreements have been lambasted by many Republicans as an energy tax in disguise. Many Utah lawmakers were furious with Huntsman for signing it without their permission.”

  • Maybe not pathetic, but a great honor to union workers, they are waking up. God Bless Them.
The lack of attendance at this rally represents honorable people who no longer wish to be the sheeples for the Union leaders. Maybe they are in mass awakening to the lies they have been fed by the Unions who took their dollars to create a ponzi scheme pension. Yes those of us not in a union have been lied to by our government elites, but God Bless the strength and character of the union workers who have been lied to twice by both government elites and their Union leaders. It is my belief that their honor and love for this country kept them from attending. A RALLY in REVERSE.

  • I agree, looks like a back door for ….. “NET NEUTRALITY”………………………
How does it go……. “never let a crisis go to waste”, this would be the easiest way for
the elites to take control of the net.

  • >OPRAH< Stewart's turn out may be huge
Oprah has had him on her show (semi-support)
Oprah now has a twitter for him (full-support)

  • Has anyone else seen the adds playing (ad nauseam) to advertise O’s upcoming speech?
“The Nation’s CEO, President Obama will be talking to his shareholders” ……………..
    Scary!

  • Yup,
Eagles, Steelers – $160 million- public funded stadium
Ex-Senator Specter library – $10 million- public funded
John Murtha Policy Center – $10 million -public funded
(Lets‘s not forget Murtha’s tax funded airport which services 5 to 10 people per day)

Fast Eddie our beloved Governor likes to spend. However he does seem to be secretive about PA’s income. The Gaming Industry notes that PA in a two year period (2009, 2010 fiscal yr.) brought in $ 2.1 Billion (notice the “B”) to PA State’s tax office, this amount is higher than Nevada or Jersey. Note: $ 2.1 Billion is slot machines before the “gaming tables” were installed.

But I digress, What is missing in the above article is the money (4.4M) Rendell gave to the Harrisburg Mayor (just look into her background and weep). The Harrisburg city debt is in part due to a huge mistake the local government made. The new hush word in Harrisburg is “INCINERATOR”. The City is loosing money on this monstrosity, 10X greater than the 4.4M so basically Eddie’s bailout is going up in flames. None of these political geniuses have any clue how to get out of the mess they made, well they could alway find a new tax for their constituents ,,,,,,,, nah.

It is a serious matter what is happening to our city, along with the Ronzi (Rendell + Ponzi) Scheme placed on all Pennsylvanian residents. Rendell after numerous increases for the public sector’s pension plans has pushed the problem of payment back to the point where the interest alone will break us. They want to lay off police, fireman, school employees,,,,, it would serve this state far better if the politicians all turned themselves into the local jail. By the way it is happening in all States across this great country not just PA.
