  These spoiled little brats refused to disperse when lawfully ordered to do so. As a result of that refusal, they received a dose of NON-LETHAL pepper spray (I know it to be non-lethal because during my duty as a police officer I was pepper sprayed many times, both in training and on the street – from wind blowback, misfires, etc.) It is a very unpleasant experience, I can tell you. But they had a clear choice – either disperse or face the consequences of their actions…they chose poorly. End of story.

  Again…what do we take away from this? Don‘t interfere with the Police and you won’t go to jail. This moron interfered with the lawful duties of the Police Officers as they were hanging eviction notices on the occupy tents by tearing them off. He then refused repeated orders to cease/desist and vacate the area. So, he was tazed and arrested for disorderly conduct (IMHO, should have been arrested for obstruction – a more serious crime.) This is the same thing we saw in the sixties in San Francisco with the Hippies and Yippies…a bunch of drugged up psychos who don’t go with the program and take out their rage on the folks who actually CONTRIBUTE something to our society.
