  I love to watch the episodes while I am getting ready for the day. I turn it up while in the shower. I try to get a full hour in before getting to work. It is by far the most education political news anywhere!

  Bull. There are several books on this subject, and it has been concluded (over and over) this was a group of Mormons in Southern Utah who did this after being taunted by the wagon train that they had the gun that killed other Mormons. No, they shouldn’t have done it. No, the official church headquarters, 3 days away by horse, did not have anything to do with this tragedy.

  Go talk to Obama, he loves giving out reparations for things of the nineteenth century.

  I’m not sure the posters are jealous, they are just saying it was not prudent to spend that much on a degree. Too bad he didn’t use this as a moment to teach his girls not to waste, waste, waste.

  Anyone who has put kids through college knows this isn’t “the whole story”. For those who can afford this, go for it, but be careful the message you are sending your kids. There is no value in a $300,000 degree. These girls should have been taught to go local, maybe live at home or have a part-time job. That way they “own” the degree.

  We have put seven kids through college. We make it work by finding ways to be thrifty. We also started college funds for all of them when they turned eight. They can keep the fund if they don’t use it after they have graduated. Most have found ways to keep it by simply cutting expenses to start with.

  For most of us, marriage is more than about money and sex. Get over yourself. Living together is mocking God. I’m sure he married her because he is in love. She is a doctor now, she wouldn’t need his money anyhow, so I’m sure she married him for love too. How sad that you cannot see the sanctity of a committed relationship, making it right before God.
